Blood type doesn't matter much for their demonic blood sacrifices at the Dark Age Organization, but to the god of the Half-heart organization, she loves rare blood, which was one of the reasons Oldest Brother Feng took the two to one of the many shrines of the god of the people of the Half-heart organization. 

Oldest Brother Feng lied to his other brother that he was going to sacrifice Brian and Piper to their ancestors, but in fact, he took them to their rival's shrine. 

Oldest Brother Feng has this belief that Zucchini, who by the way is an enemy of the god of the Dark Age organization would grant him his heart desire, something the god of the Dark Age organization is 'stingy' to give. 

He wanted to be the next sorcerer.
