Allen is an orphaned boy that had lived a rather pleasant life with his orc mother in the bowels of a deadly dungeon, until the day a group of humans ventured down to loot and pillage the home they had come to think of as safe. 

They took everything that Allen had, and drove him further away from the humanity. In anger and anguish, Allen turned his back on the humans. He encapsulated himself in a deep-seated hatred of them, refusing to associate with them in any way—even going so far as to reject any attempt at kindness.

Allen begins his journey in a world of human with full of deceit, danger, envy, and politics.

Raised in Dungeon

Allen peeked outside, ensuring there was nothing around them before everyone stepped out of the Golden Land.

"It doesn't seem like anything is watching," Allen said as he emerged from the thick foliage, followed closely by Clementia, Lucilia, and Percival.

"If anything did see us, it would only be low-level monsters," Percival remarked.

"I thought only high-level monsters lived here?" Lucilia asked.

"Where there is life, there is an ecosystem. If the strong exist, so do the weak—though most of them are naturally weeded out. The weaker the monster, the less intelligence it has," Percival explained.

"But isn't it a bit of a miracle that no demon lord knows about the Golden Land?" Allen questioned.

"They either can't find it or simply aren't interested," Percival replied. "I don't know the exact reasoning, but Eliphas designed this place based on dungeon rest chambers. Plus monsters instinctively avoid areas that lack demonic mana."
