Meanwhile, back in the toasty warm dining room, Lucy was still trying to hold some sort of semi-functional conversation with Xander, but was failing miserably. Most of this was due to the fact that Xander really didn't want to hold any sort of conversation with the likes of him, and really just wanted to get out of this infernal place as soon as possible. However, he was also unsuccessful in his efforts, and the pair were trapped in yet another awkward stand-off with no clear winner.
"I'm sorry, do you to know each other?" Micaiah asked, having witnessed a lot up until this point.
"Of course we do!"
"We absolutely do not," Said Xander, "He and I know absolutely nothing about each other whatsoever,"
"Well I can think of a really great way for you to get to know me—"
Micaiah chuckled quietly to himself, apparently taking great enjoyment in the evening's entertainment. Xander, on the other hand, unsheathed one of his knives.
"Does it involve disembowelment?" He asked.
