After Anna's departure, Alan tried to raise his two sons as best as he could. He thought that making them powerful was the best thing he could do for them. Due to his responsibilities as the monsters' leader, he was so strict with them. They must reach the other monsters' expectations since they were the chief's sons. 


At first, Tarou tried his best to be like his father. He loved him so much and considered him the ideal. For many years, he longed for his love and compassion, but Alan couldn't replace their mother's love.
