A labyrinth they had entered, moving into the darkness that smelled away from light. Just a torch in their hand and hope in their mind.

Derek made sure he could see Rose. She was a girl of hope and this hope helped her in so many ways. Climbing upon the ancient steps eaten by what not was a termites, creatures having mandibles sharper than razors.

Decay filled the air but it let out not a pungent smell.

Mushrooms grew around, spreading spores like the West winds. Cobwebs decorated the ceilings made from desert sands molded in a way that bricks were formed.

Derek moved around with his head in a thought that left a word not out. Why would a wizard tomb be unguided?.

He spoke not a word to Rose, but his expression left her in space.

"What bothers you?" She asked.

"I don't want to bother you at all. Are you sure this Tomb isn't guarded?" His words made her nod and glance around this forbidden area.

"You are right Derek, but we come here in peace and not to steal…."
