Both Noah and Clerk Mew's eyes widened. Noah was in fear while Mew was in surprise. He quickly bolted out to call someone while Noah's bones broke for no apparent reason and shattered.

He fell uncontrollably like a shattered doll. As his head buzzed while his mind blanked away. His brain refused to process the pain and just shut down.

However, a pulse of energy was emitted from the painting and slammed at Noah's body. His shattered bones rearranged and held on.

Clerk Mew came in with the healer that previously aided Noah in the last 12 days. She quickly poured a liquid on his body and made him drink some potion.

That was to ease the brain and not shut down completely because that may lead to his death.
