By the end of the day, Noah was able to play a scene in his head on which his things transpired and he was amazed.

"Interesting! So what the news said was wrong. The farmer was innocent!"

"That was the most likely explanation from the evidence!"

"But are you going to report it to the news?" Noah asked.

"No. This is a work of powerful people in the city, unless I have proof, I can't go against them. Besides, there was someone on the case!"

"Let go and have something to do" he dragged Noah back to the city into a restaurant. And Noah's eyes were down looking at people's footprints trying to learn more about them.

Inspector December noticed that and that made him happy. If he always had these sidekicks that were interested in this boring job like this, he would have had a promotion long ago. But most Squirt doesn't like this type of job because it was riddled with uncertainty and misinformation.
