21. Interrogation

ALEXANDRA'S POV

They put us in a car and the truth was I had no idea where we were going. I guess we would go to the DEA building, but I didn't know this route. After an hour, the car stopped, and they took me out of the car. I asked Diego to stay outside and make sure my mom, Alison, and Megan were okay.

They grabbed my arm and practically dragged me into the building. After a couple of minutes in the elevator, we get out of it, and they put me in the room I assume is the interrogation room. Derek sits across from me and stares at me with a smirk if it were up to me right now, I'd swipe it off.

"Well, after all, we got you." I crossed my arms and leaned back showing my indifference "I don't know what you got me, but okay." I said with a shrug, if I wanted our plan to go well, I had to get Derek out of his mind, and I'm completely sure that's not going to be complicated at all.

"We have evidence you're keeping a DEA agent at home against his will and running a mob." He said and I laughed, because even though the mafia thing was true, he had no proof of it. "First of all, if as you say, I keep a DEA agent in my house, you would have found him if he was, after all, you were all over my house, and second, the only thing I direct is my father's restaurants."

"Which was the Titano de Ferro." He said with a smug smile, "I have no idea you're telling me the truth." I said calmly "Come on, don't play stupid. You know exactly what I'm talking about."

"No, I haven't the slightest idea. My father was Francesco D'angelo, which I remind you in case you didn't notice, he was killed by the Russian mafia." I seriously said "It's not like that, he was killed by his own mob, which I have to say is really sad" he said shrugging and trying to get me out of my mind, but I wasn't going to succeed because we had already finished with those stupid.

"If it wasn't like that, don't you think they wouldn't have murdered him?" I asked as if I didn't know how it goes "It's what's done in the mafias. If I were you, I would be alert in case the same thing happens to you as your father." Did he think that this threat was going to drive me crazy? I wasn't stupid enough to let something like that to me, but I don't comment in it, but I won't let him speak like that about Francesco "Stop talking about my stupid father, if you don't want to know what I'm capable of."

"Is that a threat, Miss D'angelo." He asked with a big smile on his face "Take it however you want, I'm just telling you I'm not going to let you mess with a single member of my family." I said "Right, I forgot about your daughter. I understand the Russian mob is looking for her. I wonder if they want to do the same thing, they did with you…" he said, and that was something he would never allow.

LUKE'S POV

At that moment, I was in the room next to the interrogation room, and I'm practically sure this guy was looking to get Alexandra out of her mind, which he would do if he kept saying things about her family. If I have learned anything in this time, I have been working with her, it's she doesn't allow anyone to mess with her family.

The moment he blurted out about her daughter, I watched as Alexandra jumped out of her chair, jumped on the table, and grabbed this Derek guy by the neck. I must say it's more than deserved and impressive the movement.

"You name my daughter again and you'll know what I'm capable of, stupid." Alexandra said very close to his face "And you threaten again. Don't you realize this can be bad for you? You're already in enough trouble, don't get in anymore." I liked that guy worse and worse; I don't understand how he can be so stupid to name the most important person for Alexandra like nothing.

"Are you going to tell your father a woman can beat you? Because let me tell you, he hates it." The smug smile was present on Alexandra's face and I could see how that guy's anger increased " You don't know anything about my father." He said through his teeth and Alexandra's smile increased in size "Oh, no? Wait… His name is Stefan and… oh what a coincidence… he runs the Russian mafia. Shouldn't you be chasing him instead of some businesswoman with the accounts up to date?"

"So, you call the mafia a company now." He said trying to regain control of the situation, or at least he thought so, because Alexandra had had it from the beginning. "If by mafia you mean the restaurants my father had, well yes, I mean that mafia."

Alexandra separated from him and went to sit back in the chair she had been in a while ago. What was strange to me is no one showed up in the interrogation room at the time Alexandra went after him. Maybe it's because I had taken care of it, no one was around here, but it was still weird.

"Come on Alexandra, don't be stupid and tell me once and for all what I want to know." said the exasperated shoulder "I already told you what you want to know. I don't run a mob. The only thing I run is my father's restaurants. Is it all DEA agents are as stupid as you or are you the exception?

"How funny you came out, but I recommend you stop saying things like that, because you don't know what I am capable of doing. Although it's still what you want, I'm sure since you escaped from the club no one touched you like everyone else did. You're looking forward to being touched like that, aren't you, bitch?" He said getting up from his chair again and addressing Alexandra "Don't even think about coming one step closer." Alexandra got up from her chair and became more alert than she already was by herself " I'll get closer if I feel like it."

The man began to approach Alexandra, and she walked backwards to prevent him from getting closer, but not long after, Alexandra ran out of space and the man held her by the arms, by her face, I would say that he was squeezing.

I was going to walk into the room to stop that guy from doing something to her when Alexandra gives the signal for me to go live to all the news shows, so I do as she tells me.

"Look who is quieter now." He said glad he got something "What the fuck are you going to do?" Alexandra asked as calmly as she could, and it may have seemed to the boy she was calm, but after all these weeks working together, I could tell that anxiety was rising in Alexandra. "Give you the best sex of your life. "

"The cameras will catch it; didn't you think of that?" said Alexandra. " It just so happens they don't work today." I snorted, because this guy was stupider than he looked, and that was already saying a lot " Well, let me tell you, you're not going to lay a single finger on me, stupid." The smile returned to Alexandra's face, and I wondered what she would do now " You say so…"

I could see how Alexandra pushed him and kicked him in the face, but this guy was fast, and he hit her back, making her lip start to bleed. After that blow, Alexandra kicks him again and as soon as she lays him on the ground, she throws herself on top of him and starts hitting him like there was no tomorrow, at the rate she was going, she would kill him right then and there.

Just when I was going to go in to stop Alexandra, a man and a woman I had never seen in my life come in, but I suppose Alexandra did see him because she stops hitting the boy, who takes the opportunity to hit Alexandra again.

"You shouldn't be hitting a woman, Derek. Did you not learn anything or what? Do you really want me to leave the mafia if a simple woman can beat you?" said the man denying " But I hit her." The imbecile protested "When we distracted her by entering the room. I don't know how you are my son; you are a useless bitch."

"If so, she wouldn't be here." He said with a pout, and I was getting more and more stupid " Did you find something to arrest her?" asked the man raising an eyebrow " No, but..."

"But nothing, you're useless Derek, really. Now get out there and make sure those cameras aren't recording and nobody's coming into the room." He said scolding him, but I could see how Alexandra was paralyzed and a little pale " As you say."

The man came out of the room, and I looked for a place to hide. Before that, I turned off the screens and just as I was closing the closet door, the door to the room I was in opens, but it doesn't take long to close. Before I go out, I make sure there is no one inside, and I go out as soon as I don't see anyone.

"They're going to know you were here, I didn't think you were that stupid." Alexandra said, regaining his composure, " Is that the way to talk to your father?" The guy said, feigning surprise, "You're not my father." Said Alexandra "Oh, believe me, I am… the blood of our family runs through your veins."

"I have told you, you aren't my father." Alexandra said again, but this time revealing her anger " As much as you deny it, you will not change what is true" Said the man sitting in the chair where his useless son was " What the hell are you supposed to come for?"

"If you weren't my favourite daughter, you'd already be dead for saying that." He said " I told you I'm not your bloody daughter." Alexandra slammed the table and I know she was about to lose all her cool with stupid Derek. "As you wish, I came to cordially ask you if you and my granddaughter-niece could come with us. I want to get the whole family together and until you two are here, I won't have the whole family together."

"Well, you can keep dreaming about it, because I'm not going to let my daughter meet you, stupid." Alexandra hissed and I could see how she was clenching a fist. " In that case I'll have to kill you both." The guy said with a shrug and Alexandra straightened up completely and with the scariest face she could have, and approached him, standing in front of the guy "You're not going to lay a single finger on my daughter"

"We'll see about that, dear. Now better answer me a question, and be honest. Are you the one running the Italian mafia?" he asked and Alexandra denied with a forced smile on her face "Why the hell do you all insist on saying I run a bloody mafia? The only thing I run are restaurants my father had, nothing more. Why don't you ask your worthless son if he found anything says I run that fucking mob everyone's talking about?

"It's a shame I'm going to have to end up killing you. You are the son I never had." Said the guy sadly "If it had been your daughter, you wouldn't have done everything you did to me in there." Alexandra said through her teeth, " I did that, one, to make you stronger, and two, you had to pay for what your mother did wrong."

"And couldn't it be her instead of me?" She said looking at the woman next to her, she still didn't understand how she could be so calm in there with her mother's ilk and with the guy who tortured her for years "Unfortunately no, but you're already out, right? " The guy said with a big smile.

"No thanks to you, that's for sure." Alexandra whispered and I could see from here her anger was increasing every second that passed in there. "I know, and it hurt me you ran away from there, really."

"Fuck off." Alexandra said "I won't, but thank you. Now answer me another question. " He said, standing upright in the chair and looking at her " I'm not going to answer you shit." Alexandra said seriously, " Just tell me if you killed your uncle or not."

"Whom?" Ale asked without understanding what he was referring to " Dimitri, who is it going to be?" he asked with a big smile on his face " I don't know anything about that stupid." Alexandra said seriously, and if she didn't know she had it in her power, I would have believed it. "Well, I have to look for him and kill him" He said denying, but with a big smile on his face "Wow, how affectionate you are for your own brother."

"Just like you have it. It's family, but it turns out it's weak, and I can't allow people like that in the family." Alexandra stared at him, as if she was assessing the truth of Stefan's words " Well, you should start with your useless son." He said, sitting down in the chair and crossing his arms, "Don't worry, it won't be too long. But hey, so far, our visit. I'll give you a couple of days to think about coming with us, okay?"

"I'm not going to think about anything, I don't need it." Alexandra shrugged and with a smile present on her face, I have no idea what was going through her head right now, and I don't think I could ever find out what it is going on. "Well, face the consequences then dear." He said denying "Fuck you."

The man began to walk in Alexandra's direction, and again, he hit her in the same place the agent had hit her, and they left the room. I hide again, because these guys are scary, I must say, and I don't want to die so young, I'm sure of that, so I hide and after a few minutes, I hear people coming in. I took my cell phone out of my pocket and started recording just in case they said something interesting we could later use against them.

"Honestly, if it wasn't for the paternity test, I would have said you're not my son. You're useless, Derek." The man said seriously. I could see his anger from here. "And how are you so sure she's your daughter? After all, you haven't been tested." Derek protested.

"That's because I was there when she was born, and I watched over her all those years your mom was hooked on drugs." I could hear the hate in the guy's voice, and I heard someone snort, Derek, I guess.

"It may be no one would put up with her, especially coming from a person like you, but taking into account she has put up with it from the beginning, it shows she's a Sokolov" He said as if that was proof enough " Yes of course, you just have to see how she is now to know she's Sokolov."

"What you see there are tears of rage." Admiration was present in Stefan's voice, which makes me even more repulsed if possible. "As you want to believe, that bitch is scared." I heard like someone punched someone else and then the chair fell to the floor, I don't know what the fuck was going on in here, but there was no way I was going to go outside to see what was going on.

He said threateningly "Are you going to kill me? Because I remind you, I am the one who is helping you with everything from the DEA."

I want you to release your sister and follow her without her noticing. If she realizes, I'll kill you, is it understood?" he asked "Yes... whatever you want, I'm just telling you it will end up being a problem."

I heard how the door opened and a few seconds later it closed, so I suppose Derek was going to do what he had ordered, but I think the man was still inside here. "Stefan, I think Derek is right." The woman said for the first time "In what exactly?" he asked "We both know what Alexandra is like…she won't want to come with us"

"I warned her, now let her do what she wants. It would be a shame to have to kill her for real. She is the perfect person to leave the mafia in the future." He said as if nothing had happened, and I know if she heard this, Alexandra would get even angrier "Couldn't it be Derek?"

"As much as he's your favourite son, believe me, he's useless. In addition, I will have to prepare my granddaughter so after her mother, she's the one who runs the mafia." He said excitedly, "Are you going to do the same to her as you did to Alexandra?" asked the woman surprised "It's the only way to make them strong, so yes, I'll do it."

"Alexandra won't even let you do it. She kills for that girl." She said, and I agreed with her "And I kill for my family and for my mafia, we're even." He probably said with a smile on his face "I think you aren't very clear about what a mother does for her child."

"If she's like you, I'll tell you she doesn't care. After all, it was your idea I put her in that place. The only idea you ever had in your life." I had to avoid gasp so they wouldn't find out I was here, because Alexandra always thought it was the Russians who decided to take her and put her in that place. "I did it because she was taking what was mine."

"Let me tell you I don't belong to anyone, and it occurred to you while you were high, so leave jealousy aside, because you can be clear, if she were not my daughter, I would prefer her by my side a thousand times over to you." "As you wish, I only warn you Alexandra will end up causing you a lot of problems." She said, "Well that's my problem." And with that, I heard the door close. I was there for a couple of minutes to make sure they were gone and then I got out. I went to the table where the computer was, stopped streaming and looked at the glass where I could see Alexandra was not there, so I guess she had been released.

I collected all my things and headed out the door to find Alexandra. As soon as I went out the back door, I could see she was with Diego, and he was looking at the wound on her lip. I approach them and the moment Diego sees me, he separates Alexandra a bit and comes walking in my direction.

"Diego, leave him alone." Alexandra said in a monotone voice, which makes me focus my gaze on her because that wasn't normal "Do you want to tell me what the hell happened in there and why didn't you stop them from hitting her?" he asked. "She asked me to."

"And do you listen to her? Right now, you're going to tell me what the hell happened in there." He said angrily and was waiting for him to hit me "Diego, I told you to leave him alone. Nothing has happened in there."

Even though she was speaking seriously and with her authoritative voice, Diego wasn't going to pay any attention to her, that was more than clear to me, but he also turned in her direction "Tell that to your lip. " He said "Shit Diego, what I need right now is for you to go get Hugo and Dimitri and take them to the airport."

"Why do you want them at the airport?" That caught us both by surprise, because at no point in our plan was it to go to the airport "Because I need you all there. Call Megan and tell her."

"And while you're going to do what?" Diego asked. "I'm going home to get the bags and I'll meet you at the airport." She said going to the car "Do you want to explain to me what is happening, for you want to go who knows where?"

"Because I need it, now do what I told you before you meet me really angry." I could hear the anger rising again, so I imagine Diego could hear it as well, who ended up raising his hands in the air "As you wish, but before I go, I'll call Fabio to come with you."

"Fabio will meet me at the house, now get out and make sure they follow you." He said getting into the car "Who has to follow me?" he asked, and Alexandra looked at him with a menacing look "Listen to me, damn it and stop asking so many questions."

"Okay, but then you explain to me." After that, Diego went to the car, and I approached Alexandra. I could tell she was upset, and I didn't want her to be any more, but she needed to know this.

"Luke, tell me you have the car nearby." She asked and I nodded "Why?" I asked "Take me home, we must go get the bags. I also need you to prepare everything for me to make the plane fall to pieces" for a moment I was paralyzed by what to make the plane to pieces, but then I calmed down, because I fully trusted her and she wouldn't hurt anyone "Okay, and you need to know one thing."

"Alright. Before we leave the airport, I need all mobile phones to make sure no one is following your signal, and they are inside the plane." He nodded and settled into the seat "That won't be a problem, don't worry. My mother will help us with that." She said hitting play and start listening to the audio. "Okay, let's go to your house." I said to myself.

With that we went to where my car was and headed over to Alexandra's house. While she was listening to the audio, I could see a few tears escaped from her eyes, but it was better not to say anything. Right now, she must have been more frustrated than anything else, and as much as it bothered me to see her like this, she had been right about everything. That they would end up sending the DEA to her house, that they would try to get information out of her, but what I am more than sure she would not expect is for that guy to come into the room and tell her the things he said to her, even I hated him and hadn't said or done anything to me.

HUGO'S POV

Almost a day had passed, and I had no idea where Alexandra was or what they were doing to her. I know Derek wants to kill her, especially when you consider that son of a bitch is the son of one of the people who had done Alexandra the most harm. I was looking forward to the two days to go look for her. She had promised him everything would be fine, but right now I have no idea, and it's killing me inside.

"You should calm down a bit boy, nothing will happen to Alexandra." This guy said, but it only made me angrier to hear him "That's because you don't know what that stupid man is capable of doing." I said "Well, that's why I know that man isn't going to dare lay a hand on Alexandra, he doesn't even come close to her heels."

"You don't know him." I muttered, but I really had no idea what he was really like either, "Trust me, I know him. We've been with him at home for a couple of years, and if I know anything about my nephew it's he's stupid and useless, not even Stefan appreciates him."

"And why haven't he killed him yet?" I asked, because whenever these two couldn't stand something, they killed them unceremoniously "Because for now it's good for something, but the moment he doesn't, he'll kill him like he does everyone else."

"If that guy lays a single hand on Alexandra, I'll take it upon myself to get out of here and kill him." I said, and I meant it "I assure you Alexandra knows how to defend herself better than anyone can do for her." He said with a shrug, "Do you speak from experience?" I asked, but I already knew that "Well, yes, I can't deny it. "

"You're a stupid degenerate just like your brother." I muttered, my anger growing every minute I spent with this guy, "It's possible, but not on Stefan's level. I can't deny I had a good time with her, but I regret everything that…" At that moment, I rushed towards him and grabbed him by the neck, lifting him a couple of centimetres off the ground, but after a couple of seconds, I noticed someone arms try to separate me from that degenerate.

"Listen, as much as you want to take down that guy, it's not for us. Alexandra says she needs him." Diego said behind me. Wasn't he supposed to be with Alexandra? What is he doing here instead of being with Alexandra? I let go of that guy's neck and turned to Diego. "Before you think I left Alexandra there on her own, let me tell you they released her."

"Where is she? I have to see her right now." I asked, anxious to see how she was, "Well, that's what we're going to do. I need you to be with her because I have no idea what they have done to Alexandra." He said angrily and I frowned "What are you talking about?" I asked.

"She has a wound on her lip from as if she had been hit, and she's determined to go to I don't know where." My anger increased a little more with that information "What, a wound? Right now, I'm going to kill that fool for daring to lay a single finger on her…"

"No… as much as I want to kill that stupid tadpole myself, I need you to go with Alexandra. She isn't good." He said and I stopped short taking in the words "What are you talking about?" I asked, "I don't know what they said or did to her, but she looks upset, and since you're the only one she calms down with, I need us to get to the airport right now."

"Airport?" I asked confused "I already told you she wants to leave the country, but I have no idea what's happening, that's why I need you to go there and see if she says anything to you, because I assure you, she doesn't tell me. I nodded and started walking towards the door "Let's get out of here. I want to see her." I said, "Come on, the car is at the back of the building, so no one will see you leave here."

I didn't even once look at that bastard, because once, I would jump at him without hesitation, and two, I was more concerned about Alexandra right now. The road was silent, and I must say it took me forever, but once the car stopped in a hangar, I quickly got out of the car when Megan practically stopped me, but she was looking in the direction of Diego, and I must say she didn't seem to be happy

"Until you decide to show up. Do you want to explain to me how it is that Alexandra ended up with a wound on her lip and doesn't even speak? She said more angrily than I had ever seen her "I just don't have the slightest idea what happened in there." He said and Megan's anger increased, making it even clearer to me Alexandra was not well "Are you telling me you didn't go in with her? YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE THERE TO PROTECT HER!!!!" she said shouting "He didn't want me to come in!!!! What do you want me to do?"

"Well, having entered with her, damn it!!!! Didn't you see how they left her?" she said trying to calm down, but I don't think it was easy for her right now "I saw her, and she didn't tell me what the hell they did to her. Why don't you ask him what was inside?"

Our gazes went to Luke who was a couple of steps away and as soon as Megan's gaze lands on him, he throws her hands up in the air trying not to get me to take it out on him. "You were inside, and you didn't do anything?" Megan said walking up to him. "Megan, tell me where your sister is, please." I asked before I kill the guy, all I wanted was to see Alexandra and make sure she was okay.

"She's inside the jet, but she doesn't want anyone to get in." She said huffing and rolling her eyes "I don't care about that; I won't be calm until I see how she's. I need to know if I need to take down that guy or kill him outright."

"Don't go doing anything stupid." Megan said turning in my direction and looking away from the boy and I could see how he sighed "I don't care if it seems stupid to you, I just want to know how Alexandra is." I said trying to calm down "I'm fine."

At that moment, we all turn towards the yet and I see how Alexandra gets out of it with Alison in her arms and her mother and mine from behind. She goes to one of the cars there, puts the girl inside and both my mother and hers get into the car. She kisses her on the forehead and closes the door before heading over to where we are.

"Diego, I need you to take care of them, the five of them." She seriously said "What five? What are you taking about?" Diego asked confused "My mother, Hugo's mother, Megan, Jennifer, but especially Alison." She said and we all tensed without understanding what this was about "Where the hell are you going to go then?" Megan asked angrily, crossing her arms.

"Nowhere, I'm just going to go in the other car with Hugo, I have to talk to him about some things." She said with a shrug, "And where are your aunt and cousin?" Diego asked "In another of the cars. I need you to get in the cars now, because we really have to go." She said urgently "Are you sure you're going in that car." Alexandra raised an eyebrow and crossed her arms. "Do you think I could bear being away from my daughter for even a second?" she asked offended. "Considering you're not in the same car as her, yes, it's weird."

"Well, it's not, as I told you, I have to talk to Hugo about something that concerns both of us and no one else, so get in the bloody car before you end my patience." She said, making it more than clear to us she's angry and anxious about something, "Okay, but calm down a bit."

"I will be by the time we take off." She said "Okay." Both Diego and Megan turned to go to the car where both Alison and my mother and hers were "And Diego, if you need to protect them from anyone, there is a gun in the glove compartment."

His eyes doubled in size, and he stared at her for a moment, surprised she would say that "Do you want me to pull out the gun in front of your daughter?" he asked with Megan scowling behind him and looking in her sister's direction. "If you must protect them, do it."

"Okay, I'm going to the car. Will it take us long to get out?" he asked with surprise still present on his face "No, in a couple of minutes." She said with a shrug, and she nodded, resuming the walk to the car.

I don't know why, I didn't have a good feeling about all this we would leave, especially by car. I thought we would go on the yet, but apparently not. Alexandra came up to me and hugged me, which was unexpected for me, but I didn't hesitate to return it.

"Tell me this isn't a goodbye hug." I asked worried, because that's what it seemed like, but a small smile appeared on her face, and it calmed me down a bit "It's not." She assured, "I get the feeling you're saying goodbye to everyone." She denied and I sighed a little easier.

"So, what did you want to talk to me about?" I asked curiously, "Do you remember I told you we would talk about the kiss after I got back from talking to the DEA?" she asked, and I nodded because I remembered and had racked my brains trying to figure out what she meant by that.

"And what exactly do you want to talk about?" Alexandra took my hand, and the truth surprised me a bit "I want to tell you that I love you, Hugo. It may be for a long time, but I was afraid of what loving you entailed.

"But I won't do anything to you." I said trying to get rid of those doubts she had "I know, it was hard for me to realize it, but now I know, and I want you to know I love you." She said and I couldn't contain my smile "I love you too, but now what are we?"

"I would like to be your girlfriend." She said with a small smile on her face "So Alexandra, do you want to be my girlfriend? I promise I will always love you." I said taking her hands and giving her a kiss on the knuckles "I hope so, and of course I will be delighted to be your girlfriend."

"Then can I kiss my dear girlfriend?" She didn't even give herself the time to answer anymore, she stuck to me and kissed me. At this moment, I was the happiest man in the world. I loved this woman more than anything in the world and I swear I would take care of her with my life, if necessary, both her and Alison. They were the most precious people I had in my life, and I didn't want to lose them for the world.

When we parted, we stayed with our heads pressed together, looking into each other's eyes, and something told me something wasn't right. I don't know what to say, but something was wrong.

"Alexandra, are you sure everything is okay?" I asked, because I sensed something was up "Yes, I'm just happy, and I want to apologize." She said and I frowned because I wasn't understanding anything "Why?" I asked "For what I have to do."

With that, she took out a handkerchief from I don't know where and before I realized what was happening, I was practically unconscious, but I had time to listen to how she told me she loved me.

ALEXANDRA'S POV

I didn't want to drug any of the three of them, but I had no choice if I wanted to leave without them wanting to come with me. I had to make sure everyone thought we were dead, and the only way to do that, was on my own. It's clear to me I would have to get a lot of bills to make all the papers put what I wanted, and then I had to kill them to make sure nobody could get the information from them, because if I know anything, Stefan was going to go around to make sure we're dead.

"Alexandra... what are you doing?" asked stupid Dimitri, but right now I had no patience for his stupidity "Shut the fuck up Dimitri, because I swear, I'm not in the mood. So, if you don't want to die right now, it's better you leave me alone. Fabio, please, take Hugo to the car, I'm going to right now."

"As orders." Fabio nodded and I looked at the Russian again. I could feel the gagging, but I did what was necessary to avoid it. "Dimitri, I need to draw your blood." I said coldly and he frowned "What do you need it for?" he asked "That doesn't matter to you, but don't worry I won't kill you."

"I hope so." He said seriously, but at this moment I don't have the necessary strength for this "I have never broken my word, so are you going to let me draw your blood the good way, or will it be the hard way?"

"The good way, the good way." He said throwing his hands up in the air to calm me down, but nothing was going to do it right now "I like that better." I called the doctor who was going to be in charge of drawing his blood and I told both Fabio and Luke to keep an eye on him in case he wanted to escape while I went to the car with Hugo.

Once next to him, I approached him, ran a hand through his hair and gave him a small kiss on the lips. "I'm sorry it came to this, but I know none of the three of us was going to let me leave without wanting to come with me... I love you Hugo... I promise I won't be long... While you take care of our daughter..."

I kissed him again and after I closed the door, Dimitri got into the car leaving through the back of the airport only my family knew existed. It was a way of making sure the stupid people who were following me would think we were leaving on the plane.

A few minutes later, the plane took off and we left. All was quiet on the way to Luke's house. I couldn't help but have Stefan's words in my head. He couldn't be my father…it really was impossible for that to be true.

"Alexandra, what are we going to do?" Fabio asked next to me. "Die in front of the whole world." I could feel the car come to a stop, but not a dead stop, which wasn't great for my stomach now really. "What?" he asked terrified of something, causing me to roll my eyes "Don't worry, we won't really die if that's what you're worried about, but I have to make everyone believe we're dead."

"I don't know what happened in there, but if this is really necessary, I support you." I nodded and went to look out the window "Trust me, it is. Luke, I need you to find me a genetics clinic and research everyone for me and give me that information."

"Of course, in no time I will have all the information." He said and I nodded, I appreciated having him here right now "I hope you don't regret anything later." Fabio said next to me "I won't do it... this is all for my family."
