Meet

Austin looked ahead, squinting, and when he saw Lionel sitting in a wheelchair, he finally understood why Lucas was so enthusiastic about him.

"I'm not disabled, I just had a car accident before." replied Lionel.

Lionel expressed Austin's thoughts. Austin apologized, then lowered his head.

When he lowered his head, there was a slight smile on his lips, which seemed a little embarrassed.

Seeing Austin standing at the door, Lionel only felt that he was similar to a white lotus in the wind, with a hint of embarrassment.

Thinking of the slight tremor in his heart when he saw Austin's photo, the expression on Lionel's face also immediately relaxed.

"Is this serious?" asked Austin after he managed to neutralize the embarrassment.

"I have entered rehab, and should be able to walk normally in a month."

Austin nodded, the two chatted casually like friends, and Austin was called into the living room by someone sent by Mr Lucas.

Looking at the closed door, Lionel only felt that Austin's personality was different from what he imagined. He is cheerful and easy-going, and Lionel will have no pressure or discomfort when he is with him.

Although he did not initially agree with his grandfather's decision, after seeing Austin personally, Lionel could not help but have specific hopes for it.

When they arrived in the living room, Martin Ball was gone. Seeing Austin, Lucas gestured for the boy to sit beside him.

"How? Isn't Lionel handsome?" asked the old man.

Lucas' words seemed a little childish, and Austin nodded with a smile.

"Then do you want to try dating him?"

"Okay." After hesitation, Austin said again, "But Grandpa Wilson, I have a request."

"Just call me grandpa." After speaking, Lucas asked, "What are the terms?"

"I want a pure relationship. No matter how far Young Master Lionel and I will develop in the future, I hope you can refuse all my family's demands."

Lucas initially thought that Austin wanted to save his family's plastic factory, which was on the verge of bankruptcy, and he also made appropriate preparations in his heart. After hearing Austin say this, he could not help but show a little surprise.

He had read all of Austin's information and knew little about their family. He did not know if Austin knew it, but he wanted the child first.

Lucas cared about only two things in life: Lionel and the Wilson Group.

"I respect your decision." replied the man.

"Thank you grandpa."

Seeing him calling him grandpa so nicely, Lucas nodded with a smile.

Because of Mr Lucas' enthusiasm, Austin stayed longer at the Wilsons for dinner.

At dinner, everyone from the Wilson family was present.

Lionel's father is the oldest in the family. When Lionel was in the second grade of senior high school, he and his wife died in a car accident.

Lionel's second uncle looked about the same age as Ryan, and he gave off a regal aura. His wife was a noblewoman with a generous demeanour and a reserved smile.

They have a pair of children who have grown up and work for the Wilson Group.

Lionel's third uncle was supposed to be very romantic when he was young. Even though he was now middle-aged, he still had the beautiful aura of those days.

His wife is much younger than him. Austin knew Anna Waston, the most famous female artist in New York, but because of her unique background, she was the most charming of any artist of her age.

Both have a daughter who is still in kindergarten.

Fourth, Aunt Lionel looks weird, dressed in black. No matter how she looks or feels, she looks a little nervous.

Her husband also works for the Wilson Group.

"Are you Austin?"

After Lucas introduced everyone one by one, Anna, sitting across from Austin, quickly asked.

"Yes."

"Then you will stop the disaster for Lionel?"

Seeing Austin not speak, she added, "In the future, we'll be counting on you for Lionel. You have no idea how unlucky he has been this year. He had a car accident, surgery, and he almost got kidnapped–"

Before she could finish her words, the woman was given a light cough code from Mr Lucas. It seemed that at this moment, Anna realized that she had said something wrong, lowering her head to concentrate on eating.

However, it could be seen that Anna was not too afraid of Mr Lucas.

Austin did not know the meaning of the woman's words, and he was naive. In any case, Anna's words finally cleared the doubts inside me.

He had seen such a thing in novels he had read. Wealthy families in America and even Europe buy people to name their children and grandchildren because the calculation of birth dates is very suitable, and they are afraid of dying prematurely, so they do so.

At the same time, they hoped that good things would happen to those people.

Austin did not know the truth, but when he thought of Martin Ball showing up in the afternoon, he was confused that someone like Lucas would be so superstitious.

The atmosphere at the table was a little awkward, but Austin just ate quietly.

He would not remember these things, or, in other words, there were more important things waiting for him to do now, and after all, this was the only shortcut Austin had right now.

Austin's reaction was somewhat beyond the Wilson family's expectations. Lionel looked at him intently. Thinking about the content of the information obtained, he could not help but feel sympathetic towards Austin.

"My Third Aunt is like that. I hope you don't take her words to heart."

Hearing Lionel, who had escorted him out, whispering something, Austin was slightly taken aback by the man's attention, so he turned around and asked Lionel to hurry inside.

"Tomorrow. Are you free?"

"Do you want to date?"

Austin did not know what Lionel was thinking. He did not know if the man liked him or if he was listening to his grandfather's words.

However, when he noticed the focused expression on Lionel's face, he could not help but say, "I am free."

At that moment, Austin regretted it a little, thinking that he should have met Lionel in his previous life. Before making a decision.

Austin stood facing the light, making the lines very soft. Lionel looked at Austin with a slight smile and accidentally thought of a romantic sentence. It seems that after meeting Austin, Lionel became a little poetic.

"Lionel, do you like it?" someone asked.

The carrying Austin had driven out the door of the Wilson family home, but Lionel never took his eyes off the car.

Uncle White is Lionel's favourite person besides his grandfather. Lionel replied, "I like it."

"Do you want me to push you in?"
