CHAPTER 164: Reoccurring Nightmare

Fin stabilized his breathing, he had been awake the moment she sang him a lullaby. He was surprised he was able to fall asleep earlier. He thought he would be watching her all day...

Maybe he was just too tired

His young body could not keep up with being awake from midnight to dawn.

Nevertheless, he could not return to sleep when she was woken up. Even if she sang him to sleep. He fought the grogginess he was feeling because he wanted to see if she was already fine.

It was apparent that she wanted to keep this situation from him.

He did not want to bring her concern, so he pretended to be asleep. When he felt that she left the bed, he opened his eyes and watched her almost tumble onto the ground.

Fin could not understand any of her actions. Any of her doings were not making sense, from his point of view, nothing was connecting the dots.
