"Stop asking questions," Khaleel said to Cain. "I'll stop smiling," he added with his deadpan tone.

Cain's eyebrows creased.

Was there any reason for Khaleel to smile at his question? There was nothing. All he asked was who was the woman that robbed him.

'Is he that happy to get robbed?' Cain thought. 'What a weird notion.'

"Fine. I won't ask," Cain said. "I've got a good feeling you will ask for my help soon."

Khaleel did not reply and redirected his attention to Nelson who was walking ahead of them. They had been walking for almost an hour and they had already reached Baiyes City. Seeing the familiar place, Khaleel almost took a stop and walk to the shop where he had been with her yesterday.

The shop was called Lason.

It was one of the shops on the threshold of Baiyes…

'Did she come here today?' Khaleel thought. 'Should I check? It won't be long…'
