Epilogue: Lunch (3)

Perseus POV

After dinner that night, I had my parents and Vince watch over the kids for a bit as I discussed things with the others.

Mainly, they want to talk about who gets to carry the baby. Maple can't, since she wants that after marriage, which Ruka is busy organizing. The wedding itself is a joint one with Lilith, it's supposed to be public and used as some sort of political marriage to help bridge the gap in our differences.

Ruka is out due to her being busy and other things, so that leaves me with either Leilah or Dawn.

Yes, both is an option, but in the end, after a very thorough discussion of how difficult it'll be to deal with 2 pregnant women who will have mood swings, it came out with Dawn who's taken the spot since she really wants to go all the way after all this time.

Though I have to promise that she'll also carry another child of ours, which she didn't really have to make me promise.

We haven't really discussed when should we start, but I rather not know, because since we're in the same room, if one is doing something, the other 4 will likely join, and I rather not do it with all 5 at once.

I have to find a way to lead Dawn away somewhere alone.

"I've never seen this side of you, gramps."

Seeing my grandfather being all cutesy with my children is a weird site, they all really love him too since he spoils them a lot. Which is stupid since he didn't spoil me like this.

"Just give me more grandkids and you'll continue to see it." he replied as he was being tackled by all 3 of the little ones.

"Rosa, if you want, I can use my ability to make you small again."

"No, I'm not a child anymore." Rosa blushed

"Are you sure?"

"It's only fake, besides, I enjoy myself as an adult since people do invite me to drink sometime."

"Don't get too drunk, we don't want anyone to take advantage of you."

"Don't worry, I got your genes, my body processes alcohol really well."

"Still...be careful."

"Don't worry, I will, you don't wanna get with a guy whose thought process is like me."

Once I saw that Dawn was nowhere close to anyone else, I got to her and teleported away to one of our vacation cabins somewhere in the northern mountains.

"Hmm, I get why you want to teleport us away...but can't they track us easily anyway?" Dawn asked as she got on top of me as I sat down

"The worst thing I can imagine happening is them joining in, and I made sure that their schedule today is packed."

"What's wrong with everyone joining in? Didn't we all have fun last time?"

"I guess so, but handling all 5 is still a bit much for me."

"You refused the medicine I gave you."

"It was meant for a god, the one Jerah refuses to drink since he would always escape from you when you're feeling frustrated."

"Let's not talk about him." she said before kissing me, "For now, you're mine and I'm yours."

"Is it?"

"You say that...but your-"

"Let's get this over with."
