Intense communication

Ji-hun grew quiet as he felt his heart freeze in his chest.

Suddenly, it occurred to him that things could get out hand and for the first time since they sat on that couch, he began to wonder why they were having that kind of conversation in the first place.

It was a sour topic and he wished never to have it again.

To think that somehow and maybe someday he could be separated from the woman he loves so much, his breathing hitched.

Breathing heavily, he shut his eyes and squeezed Ji-Soo's hands gently. "Then I will let you go."

Ji-Soo sighed in relief while feeling the insecurity from him squeezing the back of her hand.

At least he was not this obsessed to think of dying with her.

There was something Ji-Soo was able to get from his response. Ji-hun loved just like his mother, or even worse than her.
