Chapter 29: Meeting of The Highest Order

"Guys, we got two substitute here for bijuu. Both Kinkaku and Ginkaku have the power of bijuu right? Why don't we just use them to substitute first tail and nine tail bijuus?" Jin.

The Akatsuki members looked at each other.

"That's a good plan. Then we will start now to awaken the ten tailed beast."

With that said, Akatsuki then started to awaken the Jyuubi by extracting every bijuus from it's jinchuurikis. This however very energy consumign, and took a long period of time. This is because they need to extract and insert the bijuu into the Gedo Mazo by tailed beast order, from first tailed bijuu, through nine tailed bijuu.

For the first substitution, they used Ginkaku's bijuu power. The extraction took the Akatsuki half a day time period to complete the extraction process. However, it still managed to open the first eye of the Gedo Mazo. Pain sighed in relief when the first process was completed smoothly.

"We will take a rest for a period of time to recover our energy. After three days, we will continue again the same process for the next tailed beast." said Tendo. The Akatsuki member then dispersed from that hideout.

After the Akatsuki captured all those seven bijuus, every villages were alerted and begin to discuss about Akatsuki. Even the Daimyos of every countries are starting to worry about the prowers of this new organisation called Akatsuki.

In the end, the Daimyos decided to carry out a 'Meeting of The Highest Order'. In this meeting, every village leaders needed to attend it.

In Konoha.

"So, it's time for another 'Meeting of The Highest Order' huh. I didn't expect this" said Hiruzen. "Well, let just go for it."

"Aren't you worried that the other village will attempt to assassinate you?" Danzo.

"It doesn't matter. The Daimyo already ordered every village leaders to go attend the meeting." replied Hiruzen.

"Anbu."

"Here."

"Find Nara Shikaku and Uchiha Itachi. I need them to accompany me to go to the land of Iron."

"Roger." the anbu then took off to find Shikaku.

"Danzo, I will leave the village in your care then." said Hiruzen. Danzo just nodded.

In Kumogakure.

Bang!

"That damn Daimyo. What the hell are they thinking organising this meeting?" A was infuriated when he received the order. He is in the middle of searching for those Akatsuki, who kidnapped his brother and Yugito Nii.

"Calm down Raikage-sama." said Mabui. "This meeting must have to do with the Akatsuki. We already received information about the capture of other bijuus in the other villages."

Raikage inhaled deeply. Its already been a while since the Pain attacked Kumogakure. Although they managed to fend of Pain, that guy still managed to capture Killer Bee and Yugito Nii. After that, he send many ninja to track down Pain, but did not manage to find him.

"Anbu, call for Samui and Darui."

After sometime, the anbu brought Darui and Samui. "Darui, you will be incharge of the village, while I am away. Samui, you and Mabui will go with me to attend the meeting."

"Yes, Raikage-sama."

"Let's go then." said A. "Let see how are those geezers holding out so far. Will they be able to attend the meeting or did they already croaked?"

In Tonika Village.

"Meeting of the highest order? Interesting. I thought it will happen nine years from now. It seems, my existance in this world already created a wave of butterfly effect. Oh well. Let me shake things up before the main body come out." said Zokuto F. He who was sitting on the edge of the Hole, then stood up and looked down at the Tonika Village. After a while, he then walked away toward the land of Iron.

However, just when he took two to three step, he saw Yagura coming from the distance.

"Hei Yagura-san. I heard you got captured by Akatsuki. Why are you suddenly here?" asked Zokuto F.

"It's a long story. Just think of it as I have a method to escape from Akatsuki." said Yagura while sighing.

"So, what are you here for?"

"I have a request. Please teach me the technique that you use to subdue my people before."

"The Bijuu Kata? Well, I don't mind teaching that ninjutsu to you."

"Really?"

"However, that ninjutsu is no longer suitable to you."

"What do you mean."

"You are no longer a human."

Yagura was stunned after hearing Zokuto.

"Bijuu Kata can be learned by one who are able to use the Bijuu Sage Mode or what people called as Senjutsu Bijuu Mode. However, Bijuu Sage Mode is learned by one who balance his/her human chakra with bijuu chakra and nature energy."

Hearing this Yagura was suddenly enlightened.

"So, after I turned into a bijuu, I lost that one essence of a human." murmured the Bijuu ex-Mizukage.

"Well, I'm sorry for that. To compensate you for that, I will help you to increase your power." said Zokuto F. "I said it but you still need for my main body to come back. You know, he is still competing there." added F while pointing at the golden screen. Yagura Nodded.

"Why don't you just stay at this village for the moment. You are still recovering your chakra body right?"

"So you know my condition. I will stay here then."

"Then take this and meet the village leader. He will know that you are one of my aquintance if you show this to him." Zokuto took out a gold medallion and gave it to Yagura.

"Why give this to me? You can just guide me into your village."

"I can't. I need to go somewhere else." said Zokuto F, smiling at Yagura. He then left the confused 'ex-human'.

Back at the Chuunin Competition.

#Match 5: Hyuuga Hinata vs Yuki Haku. Match begin!

In this match, there is hardly any winner. That's because, both Haku and Hinata are proficient with teleportation technique. Hinata with her Raijin Kunai, and Haku with his Ice Mirror teleportation. The other contestant can only see these two flash here and there. In the end, time was up and no winner for this round. The golden screen knocked down Haku and send him out. On the other hand, it gently send Hinata out of the arena.

'That screen is pervert!' thought the others.

#Match 6: Kamizuru Kurotsuchi vs Hoozuki Suigetsu.

"Doton: Doryuso!"

The moment she landed on the arena, Kurotsuchi directly attacked Suigetsu with earth spikes. The spikes punctured through suigetsu's body.

"Yes! I did it. I won! haha." Kurotsuchi laughed when she saw that her ambush succeeded.

"Girl, you are really rude. Where is the greeting before a fight?"

The punctured Suigetsu turned into liquid and slide out of those spikes. A moment later, Suigetsu are whole again, but with so many hole in his clothes.

"Damn. Look, my clothes is all tattered now. Wait first, I want to change my clothes."

Suigetsu throw to the side his tattered clothes, leaving him naked.

"Ah!"

Kurotsuchi's face turned beet red, but didn't dare to look away, afraid that Suigetsu will sneak attack her. On the top platform, Hinata covered her face in embarrassment, while izumi just turned away.

"Okay, I'm done. Let's continue."

Seeing that Suigetsu already put a new clothes. Kurotsuchi jumped toward him, trying to fight him in close combat. Her choice is to size up her opponent ability.

"Water gun!"

However, when Kurotsuchi closed the distance, Suigetsu just pointed his finger in her direction and shot a water bullet. It almost punctured a hole in her face. Fortunately she moved her head sideway to avoid the shot, but it still grazed her face.

"Ah. You avoided it. I thought I can make a hole in your face like how you punctured me just now." said Suigetsu.

Kurotsuchi jumped away, and did not dare to have a close combat with him.

'Well, If you are not attacking, let me attack then. Water Release: Water Missle!"

Suigetsu then launched a barrage of water bullet toward Kurotsuchi.

"Doton: Doryuuheki."

A wall of earth shielded Kurotsuchi from the water attack. Suigetsu launched another barrage of water missle, but still got blocked and absorbed by the wall.

"This is really troublesome." said Suigetsu. " Hei girl, we wont be able to decide whose the winner if we continue like this."

Hearing him, Kurotsuchi stared at Suigetsu. "You are right. In that case, take my attack. Fire Release: Flame Shower!"

She shot upward several fire ball which then rained down on Suigetsu.

"You can use fire attribute attack? Well doesn't matter. I'm not afraid of fire."

Suigetsu did not even try to evade the fire. the moment the fire touched him, it sizzled but ultimately died into a wisp of smoke. "See, I told you. Both fire and earth hardly affect me." said Suigetsu.

"How about this. Quicklime Congealing Technique!"

Kurotsuchi expelled a large quantity of quickslime from her mouth and shot it toward Suigetsu.

"I said earth will not be able to..."

Suigetsu want to say 'not able to affect me', but felt his body sizzle and harden. Looking down, the quickslime that shot toward him is absorbing his water-like body, and hardening him into a cement sculpture. In just an instant he is already cemented up to his neck. Kurotsuchi want to follow up with another Lava style attack, but Suigetsu already put his hands up.

"Wait, wait. I didn't know that you have the Yoton kekkei genkai. I give up. Yoton is a bad match-up for me." said Suigetsu in defeat sigh.

#Match 6 winner is Kamizuru Kurotsuchi.

With that, both Kurotsuchi and Suigetsu got transported out of the arena.

#Match 7: Uzumaki Zokuto vs Sabaku Kroku.

Both contestant stood silently on the arena for a moment, until Zokuto broke the silence.

"So Kroku, why don't you just attack me?"

"I have no intention in fighting you. I already know the result anyway." sighed Kroku.

"Are you chickening out?"

"Sigh. It is not about chikening out or not. You are not my enemy, and reasonably saying, I'm weaker than you." admitted Kroku.

"You sure think more rational than a certain Crocodile."

"Huh!? Who are you referring to?"

"Uh...nothing. Haha. Let's forget about that. Let's make a deal, do you want to become a Bijuu? More specifically, do you want to turn into a Bijuu, with the ability to become sand?"

"What!?" Kroku gaped at what Zokuto just said. Suddenly, deep inside him an ambitious feeling emerged out.

"Can you really do that?"
