Chapter sixty eight:

Amber sat in the back seat with a faint smile plastered on her lips. She was feeling so giddy inside and she hasn't felt like this in a while.

'That's the feeling of getting rid of your only enemy," she thought.

With Maya out of her way, Damian will finally be hers and she was going to make sure he didn't look at any other woman.

But first, she really needed to see Maya's pathetic dead body, then pay viper for a good job done and then spend the night by Damian's side " being there and consoling" him.

The thought of that made her chuckle slightly. Thankfully no one heard her since they were all lost in thoughts.

They soon arrived at the police station and Damian rushed in to see the officer in charge .

"Have a seat Mr. Makari," the man offered but Damian shook his head.

"I don't want to…I…I want the necklace," Damian said shaking his head whiles running his fingers through his hair.

"What necklace?" The Officer frowned.
