Life and Death

Alguran sat under the statue of General Marcus. He was injured, but he was going to survive. Gerneral Marucs took the form a being, it was said. The first time and never ever since. " Life and death are just part of the journey. This is not final , nor is this the beginning" he said to Alguran. Alguran was worried about the fate of the Brok. The Brok was under treatment from Groges in the Royal palace. It was my duty to protect the Brok, said the Alguran. I have failed he said to General Marcus. But he was not there anymore. Alguran sighed and stood up, completely forgetting what was spoken by him. He walked away from the General. He searched for a watering hole turning back to old vice. He had completely forgotten about this habit and now he was reminded of it. Guess misery bring along with it bad company. He roamed around the city for hours and could find nothing. What is this place? he sighed and thought about going back to homeland. When he was almost given up on his journey, he found a place that looked like one of the places he used to visit. He went and there were no one. It resembled nothing like the one he had previously been in . This had an ancient resemblance to it. The whole place was covered in the oak. He went and sat down in a chair and waited for someone to tend to him. He sat there for a very long time and there was no one who came. He called out for a person to come and still there was no response. There were barrels with ale in them. They were not yet open and the Alguran thought about opening it. So, there he went and picked up the barrel and opened it. He poured the ale into a large glass. He took up the glass and almost drank from it. But he kept it down on the counter. He looked around and hit his hand on the counter with all him might. The counter almost broke. The Alguran walked away from this place too and marched towards the palace. He walked and watched all the commotion unfold inside the palace. The people there were restless and some had a look on their faces that resembled a sense of hopelessness. The Brok had lost a lot of blood and it looked more and more likely that he was going to die.

" Darticus walked out to the hall" he commanded. Wage a war against the natives and the people of Arakanese. His voice mellowed down and he said " We have to announce the new Brok soon" he said. Darticus delivered the news and walked back inside. Alguran had remembered what General Marcus had spoken" Life and death is all part of the journey". Alguran went to his lodging and picked his axe up. He came in back to the Royal Palace. He had his axe on him and he shouted to the people there" To life and death". The chief of the army and the other important people went into a deep discussion. They finally decided that it was best to send two large search parties to try and locate them. " They must surely be in hiding" they had come to an understanding. Alguran had been closely listening to them. Mordin will not be hiding, he said. He thirsts for blood, said Alguran looking into the room where the Brok was being treated. Yes, the giant is right said the war General. Mordin will not rest until the last of the Harakans are dead. Send the regiment to the Harakans now and we guard them until Mordin is dead. The other regiment searches for Arakanese and locates him. Leave Mordin to me, said Alguran as his eyes turned to Green and his axe shined almost blinding them. When they opened their eyes ALguran was already heading towards the Harakans. Follow him, said the chief to a high ranked soldier. Yes sir, said the soldier and gathered the regiment and walked to the Harakans. When the regiment was lost in the deep jungle, dark at night. Follow the green light was the instruction. That was the axe of Alguran that shone in green light, amidst the darkness of the night.

As one regiment marched towards the Harakans to give them protection, another were on their way to search for the hiding Arakanese.
