Fighting The Devil

Olen turned toward the room Gound and Nok was initially locked in.

A foul feeling hit him, and he accidentally stabbed the earth-type cultivator a bit harder than expected. The earth cultivator who was already half dead died as a result.

After that Olen saw a familiar figure coming out of the room. It was the Knight Class cultivator that had both his arms crippled.

But what was most shocking is that the man had a new gaping hole in his stomach.

He was staggering and trying to come toward them.

Even though he knew, they were the enemies that would kill him; he was still trying his best to reach them for protection.

After reaching the door the man fell to the ground.

Since his hands were useless, he fell on his face. Even with no energy left the man looked at Olen with pleading eyes.

Olen on the other hand didn't dive the man any second look.

He was looking at the blood that came out of the man's wound.
