So, the story goes something like this.

The FMC gets ambushed by Assassins sent by her brother due to a power struggle. She somehow manages to escape the perilous situation but gets gravely wounded in the process. 

Having lost all her men in the ambush, she had no choice but to lay low in a remote place. She found out that, in this place, she was absolutely the most powerful person.

Having no one else to fear, she peacefully takes her time to recover.

In this process, she takes the MC who is the Third son of the Baron of the area, as her disciple.

But little to her knowledge, the Baron’s son starts falling in love with this divinely beautiful Lady he calls his teacher.

The story is slow-paced at first to develop the characters.

The MC doesn’t get a golden finger to suddenly get super strong. To make up the time, I’ll use time skip from here and there.

Elena was stunned for a moment, hearing George's answer. But then she smiled.

"Is that really the truth, uncle?" –Elena questioned, not believing George. "I never known you to be a liar. But I also can't believe Uncle Brian to be dead."

"You wouldn't start lying to your niece, who is already close to being dead, right? Something like that would be a shameful thing to do." –Elena said as if she felt hurt.

"Think what you want." –George replied, not bothered by Elena's accusation.

"That guy is dead. And you'll be soon too." –George stated as he shook off the dust from his body.

Scythe flew and stopped near George.

"Master George, you couldn't kill her even after that? Doesn't that mean all those sneaking around were for nothing?" –Scythe said.

"Well, she isn't known as a genius of Broyd house for nothing. You have to remember, though her Black-grade protector died in your first ambush, she somehow survived." –George reminded.
