Epilogue

A few months later, just around Christmas break, Drayce and I look into each other’s eyes as I walk down the aisle.

With my white floral dress and veil, as I hold my wedding bouquet.

My father guides me down as our relatives and friends gather to witness our vow to love each other.

In retrospect, I realized how easy it was for me to come back to Drayce. To surrender to our mutual feelings and be with each other despite the things we have to go through before we got to where we are now.

How easy it was for us to plan our wedding we have only mentioned in passing 7 years ago.

Everything is easy if it’s true and natural.

A few months ago…

Before leaving for Manila, I went to see Jeremy in England.

I sip my jasmine tea as I face Jeremy across the table.
