Armada

Takunda stood before, the newly installed Queen Nina as she sat on the throne.

"Leave us",she ordered her aides and advisors.

As they exited the throne room she turned her attention to Takunda.

"I don't know what dangers await you Takunda, but I envy the worlds you will travel to, the adventures that lay before you".

"You called me by my name for the first time", remarked Takunda".

"I have grown so used to you in the time we have spent together that I feel we have some kind of bond between us, such that I feel there is no more need for formalities between us. Do you not feel the same?", asked Queen Nina looking into Takunda's eyes.

"I am only a soldier and follow orders, your majesty", Takunda replied side stepping the question.

"I can wish you and your people all the best as you rebuild your world".

"Thank you for your kind words, but are you sure I can not convince you to stay? I can give you an an important position in my court".
