Amelia's powers 1

"And the ability users, where's the rest of them?" Amelia turns to her sister, a frown marred her face.

"I think I should excuse you a..." Seeing the tension, Jedrek decided to give them their space but Amelia was having none of it!

"No, don't go. Sometimes family can be unreliable." Her eyes held disappointment staring into the eyes of the other three.

"Its not what it looks like Amy." Donald begins

"Get on with it now Alpha Jedrek." Emerson had a little bit of envy coated at the end of each words.

"I'll be waiting with the others beneath the Chapel." And Jedrek walks off.

"I told him not to lea...." Amelia spat with a look of betrayal in her eyes.

"And I did. I know how mad you are that we hid this from you, Amy but its another to think we're unreliable." Emerson's voice came out gruffy, he was using his all to not growl at her. He was mad too, mad that she sought another right in his presence.

"I for one don't see you as a weakling but this is a war with werewolves, I can't have you in between, these people are fighting for yours and Sheila's heart and yeah the others but I'm sorry if I cannot risk leaving you in the open, leaving...."

"That's my choice to make, Emerson!" She hollers, rage in her eyes.

At that moment, everything stilled, the wolves watching what was transpiring and then suddenly, they began to leave. Donald had sent a message through the mind-link, putting a pause on the celebrations.

He knew what would happen next. Either Amelia uses her so complicated power or Emerson wolves out which would bring all the other wolves to their knees. One of them was bound to do something disastrous.

Emerson unintentionally releases a deep growl that uprooted from his chest and as a rejoinder, a large fireball was thrown at the wall behind Emerson.

This had each of their eyes widen. The werewolves who still lingered curious to know what's next fled not even looking back, leaving just the four of them standing in the middle of the large ballroom underneath a nice, sparkly chandelier that brightened Amelia's glare.
