Chu Mingcheng had found a very convenient pattern for catching these Long Spear Squids.
They moved in bursts, and after each burst, they paused briefly. To catch them alive, one needed to take advantage of these pauses.
This was impossible for ordinary people to achieve; even top swimmers would find it difficult.
But for Chu Mingcheng, who was almost immune to the drag of water, it was very simple.
While Little Sea Lion joyously fed, he furiously caught squid.
As a result, every time he moved, he left behind a trail of smoke.
This "smoke" was actually the ink squirted by the Long Spear Squids in the net bag; at first glance, it looked as if Chu Mingcheng had brought his own propeller.
After nearly twenty minutes, the net bag had about twenty Long Spear Squids, each about forty centimeters in size; he clearly targeted the larger ones.
Unfortunately, the squids were relatively light in weight, with a forty-centimeter Squid weighing between one and a half to two pounds.
