"Found out what the problem is?" Charles asked the Doctor.

"Not quite sure, as far as I can tell, there's nothing abnormal with your body."

"But my head still hurts."

"This isn't something to bother me with; it's your own doing, sailing out that often. A headache is the least of your problems. If that kind of situation happens again, notify me immediately. Right now, I can't identify this abnormal problem," the Doctor said, then paused and added, "Nice new tattoo, by the way."

As the Doctor stood up and was about to head towards the door,

Charles shivered at the Doctor's last sentence. "I have a tattoo? Where?"

Seeing Charles scrutinizing himself, evidently not pretending, the Doctor pointed to the intersection of his neck and collarbone. "Did you really not get this tattooed yourself?"

Charles quickly fetched a mirror from the drawer nearby and rapidly discovered the abrupt new addition on his body.
