Beautiful sky, lush trees, and boundless land; all of these extend to the horizon.
When viewed from a bird's eye from far above.
Blue, green, and brown were the colors that dominated most of the scene.
Now one more color also occupied a large part of it.
A white, massive being that just couldn't possibly stop taking all the attention.
The perplexing thing about the white beast posing as the sore thumb, was how he was doing all sorts of weird actions.
He would sometimes jump with his arms raised, the jump again and shift to a different pose.
'1, 2... 1, 2...'
Yes, he was doing the morning drills done mostly by elderly in the park or forced on to the children by their school.
He had to do something to get the hang of his new self.
This mighty bear body would not do him any good, if he can't even control it.
The first thing that came to his mind was… the morning drills.
Some people would be embarrassed doing the morning drills thought back in the school days to get accustomed to their new body; but not our protagonist, no he is the part of the few people who would not worry about what others think… though if you ask him if he is glad that no one would ever know about this, then… yes, yes he is glad.
As he continued to do all this different poses with its divine rhythm, he started to pant, though he didn't actually feel physically exhausted, he felt like his limiter was more of a mental thing.
He could do more; go on a certain task for as long as he wanted. The only thing that stopping him from going beyond, was himself.
He had started to realize more things about his body. Felt like he could be in more control of this body, than his previous human physique.
He somehow had an instinctual feel about what is going on in his body.
Like now, his body didn't necessarily feel tired;
What he felt more strongly though was that he was somehow not at his best, like something is missing in him.
He felt he needed to fill himself.
It was not about food, he had practically, no actually literally eaten all the fish in the lake yet all that it did was, give him some taste satisfaction and not… nutrient.
Coming out of his musings he ends his *ahem* super effective body… orientation workout with the most dominant pose known to man, arms stretched wide to his side while bringing his legs together and holds it for a moment.
'There is nothing here, I need to start moving.
Have to figure out where I'm.'
Lucian looked up at the sun and then turned towards a certain direction.
'I feel I am a growing baby and if I walk towards this direction, I'll get…mothers… milk.'
Physically cringing from his own thought 'what a weird thought.' he drops his hands down.
'Well, something's calling me there, there I might get some answers. Not that I have any better idea. So let's get going, no time better than now.'
-
Walking for a long time now Lucian has no idea how much distance he has crossed, nor does he know how to recognize time, so with no idea how long it had been he continued on this guaranteed long journey.
'I don't know which specific world I'm in, but it looks like a prehistoric time period from all the extinct exotic creatures and plants I have been seeing till now.
And the narrowed down list that forms with these specifications didn't have any kind of world that I would want to be in.
I mean even if this world was a normal one, it wouldn't bode well for me at all.'
Logging his body forward Lucian was tensed with all these thoughts running through his head.
Having no idea of how much time he would be spending here, he knew to survive he had to start actively thinking more and if possible, acquire more knowledge from any source possible.
'According to what the fucker said I'll have to face some…beings. Don't know what they are, but I don't have a good feeling about them.' The Gacha god had mentioned this world as a combat grind to him. So it was inevitable that he has to fight someone or… something.
'Let's start categorizing all the things I know, then I'll see if I can figure out anything.'
'One, there are beings who populate this place who are in constant conflict. To my best interest I hope they were some weak beings, but let's not count on my luck for that.'
'So worst case scenario, they are powerful. But with what he said that they will mostly go extinct meant that there either are beings of stronger power present in this world or they will come into existence later on.'
'And to be able to make any thing extinct the power gab should be big, and since I'm considering the species to be strong in the first place than their opposition…
"kyaarrrr"
A loud cry rattled him up, interrupting his train of thought. And what he saw further shook him.
He looked over to the horizon where something was running towards him at a very fast pace.
With his now towering height and enhanced vision he could see very far.
So even as the thing was far to him and all he could see was a black mass, when the creature got more and more closer to him, he finely saw some details on the black mass which also seemed more of black ash color now.
The more that thing got closer to him, the more his heart accelerated.
He had a bad premonition.
When the thing came charging in his direction got clearer and more defined. Lines started to fill in more details on the mass until he could clearly see what was coming towards him.
"Phaaa...
'Fuck... now I know where I am.'
