JAILED

In the end, Aidan had to let go of Ruby's hand. She was taken to police custody and her trial was fixed the next day.

She claims to be innocent, but that will only prove whether she's truly innocent or not in a court of law.

Ruby was shocked to see Aidan's eyes filled with tears. When does he start to feel sorry for her? This was strange to Ruby and, of course, the house servants.

If only Ruby found the letter that was given to her by that gatekeeper, she would have at least had a little evidence to prove her action and Aunt Elisa would have been in for it.

Aunt Elisa doesn't deserve to escape this, although she was good at the game. She really played well.

What surprised Ruby, even more, was the fact that the gateman was nowhere to be found. How possible was that?

If anyone should be absent from the house, Aidan will notice it because he knew all his servants, but he never bothered to say anything about that.
