Forsaken and Found

Euphrates, Lilly and Harper, the former Gell, had made it home. Euphrates stood watch awaiting Nightshade to come home. Lilly and the other fairies prepared healing potions for him, and Harper sat in her room, she had realized what he had meant.

-*Flashback*-

"I can't....I WON'T DIE!...I still believe, don't quit on me yet."

She sobbed quietly knowing she'd probably sentenced him to a horrific death. The others all knew, but refused to believe he'd died.

Days passed and still no sign of Nightshade, Harper hesitated but finally used the Summon's crest, which would burn him making him return to his owner. She did it multiple times before finding herself at the mercy of an Elven Archer.

"You humans make me sick. Using a slave crest to call your slaves back to you."

"Wait, I didn't mean..."

Euphrates burst inside to find the two, but this wasn't for her defense, it was...something else.

Outside, Elves had brought home Nightshade. They'd bandaged his wounds, all of which were life-threatening when they'd found him.

"He's still unconscious, but he's lucky to be alive with all the wounds he had when he walked into the temple."

"He walked where?!"

"He stumbled into our village temple, more or less, he fell into it. We don't know how or why, but he did manage to tell us where to find you."

"He killed Demon Lord Cezeros." stated Euphrates

The Elves murmured under their breathes, they had learned that Demon Lord Cezeros had been killed but they had no idea who had killed him.

"Come, let's sit, eat and talk about this." said Harper leading the Elves into the Mission Outpost.

The Fairies laid Nightshade down gently, trying not to wake him, keeping him still.
