CHAPTER 7: SAFE

the weather became gloomy as the thunder rumbles beneath the sky it started to rain heavily

Christian laid on the ground unconscious as raindrops fell on his face he snorted forced his eyes open and was welcomed by The darkness he goaned in pain when he felt harsh pain in his head with his elbow supporting him on the ground he rubbed the painful spot on his head , he brought his hand to his face and saw trace of blood on his fingers , his eyes searched around for Anastasia and came sight of her lying unconscious near a tree her clothes soaked with rain as she laid facing sideways his gaze fell on the rifle aside he pushed himself up gripped hold of the gun his hand roamed around his distinctive outfit to observe his defense weapons he stumbled to were annasstasia laid , he knelt beside her orientated her to face upwards.

"Annasstasia!" he called , but she didn't move a lip or flinch an eye he bought his hand close to her face and removed the wet hair strings from her face reveling her pale face he checked her pulse which was still popping up blood he pushed his hand on her chest up and down

"ack! ack! " she coughed blinked her eyes before opening it wide she came inveiw of Christan who's hair was soaked with rain and he had a worried look on his face

"you're okay?"

he asked which wasn't a sensible question to be asked at this time but what is there to be asked

"No!" she responded

"no you will be fine let's get out of here" his hand moved to her back to help her up

"Ah!"

"what!?"

"I can't move my left leg" she said reaching out to her leg, Christian's eyes fell on her left leg which was covered by her trouser he received for her trouser folded it up to her knee level and his hand roamed around her leg

"is dislocated" Anna hissed in pain when he pressed his thumb on her knee

"right there" he whispered to himself

"hold on still this gonna hurt a bit!"

"wha.. ..ah!! " she screamed when her bone was shifted back to place

"your okay now, try to move your leg" he told her, annasstasia straightened and waved her leg

"okay?'"

"yeah....."

"okay let's get out of here and find somewhere clear"

he helped her out crossed her arm around his shoulder and the other around her waist and they processed with moving forward out of the damaged and blood bath burnt wood land.
