He has always deemed watching a movie to be an idle affair. Something unrewarding. But watching her, seeing those wealth of expressions displayed on her face and that hearty laughter as she diligently watched, they were everything far from boring and idle.
Her eyes widened to it's limit when something suspenseful happened. She burst out in laughter when a scene amused. She pouted when a favorite character got hurt. And that sniffle as they movie came to an end...
"Here," he offered her some part of the blanket.
Alexa looked at it with bemused eyes as she sniffled again. "Why? What's it for?"
"You seem like you're about to cry."
"No, I'm not." She denied, jabbing away his hand with her elbow as she fought back the next sniffle. "I'm not going to cry. It was a happy ending."
