Take break but not for long

Sometimes you don't want to do anything so it's ok to take a break for one day or two but not more than that because when you do something daily it becomes your habit and if you would take it too lightly and don't work for your dreams, goals daily then you will not get any interest or motivation. Because of too many breaks, you will become lazy and don't work toward your goal. I know it's hard to disturb your comfort zone but believe me when you get interested you will do it daily, and your mind will remind you to have to work for it and you will do it. Our environment effects us a lot we do hard work for a week but seeing our family members and friends chilling and wasting time will become like that. So if you want to become something avoid this kind of person as much as you can, and become introverted just for a few days.
