Patience

Amorsolo trained Arnis for 10 months, and although it doesn't seem so long his progress is comparable to those who trained for years.

He is considered a prodigy by his instructor by how fast he mastered the art of using baston.

His expertise in Arnis is now being showcased using a wooden sword. He is applying everything that he learned in the real world.

Striking and slashing the dummy for at least 10 hours now, he is now accustomed to moving his body whenever at whatever he wants.

Ding!

Agility + 1

Vitality + 1

"Phew."

Finally, Amorsolo set the wooden sword down and took a quick time to relax. He had been practicing at the dummy for almost eight hours without food or drink.

His stomach was empty and rumbling, and to make matters worse, his throat felt screaming for thirst.

"Inventory."

The semi-transparent blue screen inventory appeared in front of his face given the specified catchphrase. Seven pieces of brown bread and a bottle of water were found inside his inventory. And that's all.

You have to get the items you need on your own in Nevareth. For the first five days, other users completed simple quests to earn money, but Amorsolo had no time to spare.

Up until now he still remembers all the humiliating things that happened to him. This is what drives him to continue even though he is mentally and physically tired.

Conviction, dedication, perseverance, and hard work. In the past 10 months, this is the personality he develop.

Amorsolo quickly completed his meal and then approached the dummy while holding the wooden sword in his hand.

"What a madman."

"No he's not mad he is a top G."

"I presume he harbors animosity toward it or something."

"I don't believe he'll stop until that dummy is destroyed."

Amorsolo slashes the dummy mercilessly with his wooden sword.

He imagine it to be like he was slashing his former boss.

The dummy's stature produces trembling at that precise moment an illusion?

All of the watchers had the same kinds of feedback.

"Why on earth is that person hitting the dummy nonstop?"

"I don't think that will help at all; if he wants to enhance the mastery of his skill, it would be much better to go in the training field and apply it on a rabbit rather than the dummy here," said the player.

"Observe what he is doing.

He is not using any skill. I get the impression that he only used normal attack the dummy."

Everyone in the area turned to look at the player who wear dazzling armor and said, "Maybe he's bringing up his stats."

"Is it possible to boost your stats by simply striking a dummy? a dark elf ranger asks.

"Of course it's possible."

"If you want to boost your stats it's better to level up, instead of working hard and sweating it out right?"

The dark eld questioned again.

"Of course, it works."

The guy who wears a dazzling is named Ledron. He is a high-level player and had quite a fame in the community of Nevareth Online so his word can be considered reliable.

"A character's vitality and stamina will increase as a result of using up all of their stamina repeatedly, while a mage's wisdom and intelligence will increase as a result of casting several spells."

"You have a point."

"Although leveling up works fine for low players' levels, once their level becomes higher it will be harder to level up meaning it's much harder to earn stats. So doing things such as this at the beginning of your character creation can help you gain an advantage by getting all the stats possible."

"You are familiar with this technique, therefore I assume you received the same training? No, if everyone knew about it, wouldn't they all act similarly? "

"Actually, no. Nobody would do that even if players knew about it. I mean who among you would be willing to strike the dummy repeatedly for hours to gain one point of strength?"

Everyone understood what Wrecker is now saying.

Although everybody considered the possibility of gaining stats they will be bored to death of hitting dummies for hours.

"Only new players who are unable to outside the walls can use this. This method of beating dummies was previously common, but it was swiftly dropped since it is far too tedious compared to other ways of increasing stats."

Amorsolo heard the intense conversation going on around him. He wished he could have practiced somewhere else, but since he couldn't leave the walls, he had no choice but to draw disapproving looks in the Training Camp.

Why do you find this boring and tiresome? Amorsolo swung the wooden sword with all his might.

If you work at it, your character gets stronger over time. As your character grows, it can face off against stronger enemies and make more money.

This represented the patience of Amorsolo, he experience a lot that no one could stop from achieving his goals.

Amorsolo had a natural aptitude for doing things that require patience. He had been under the trainer's suspiciously contented watch the entire time.

After this five days passed.

Except for the four hours amount of sleep, Amorsolo regularly played Nevareth Online to the point of addiction. His physical health, which he had vowed to improve before he began playing the game, only allowed him to sleep for at least three hours a day.

Looking back on the previous five days, he was sick to his stomach just thinking about hitting the dummies again and again.
