He considered of what kind of a city it would be if he will not put any one or two story buildings in the kingdom but just tall sky crappers. A kingdom in a vast forest filled with tall skyscrapers but is still considered a forest due to vast and gigantic trees that surrounded every tall buildings that reaches the sky. Lexus was curious on what would be the scene if what was in his mind would be constructed.

In his mind, what he wanted for his citizens was not to live in ordinary houses made of stones and wood but for all of them to live in a condominium and all other facilities in the kingdom to be put in a skyscraper that has many floors.

He imagined the scene of looking to the buildings that is instead surrounded by other buildings, it was surrounded by gigantic trees and then another building. Due to how large the territory is, he didn't have to worry about space problems and would not need to cut trees more than necessary.

Lexus then then turned his attention towards Earl Aden who was following him.

Looking at the previously blank blueprints that is now filled with drafts, drawings and notes, he immediately handed it towards Earl Aden. Doing a simple thing like this is no longer hard for Lexus as he could just manipulate his mana to copy the function of a printer.

The people who were the trusted subordinates of King Wiesbaden that are following him, immediately surrounded Earl Aden. Looking to his plan they were confused at first as it was the first time they saw something like this and couldn't help but amazed on how detailed the blueprint is.

The blueprints had details to details from how the water pipes will be spread throughout the entire Eternal Kingdom. Also the accessable concrete street roads, as well as the location of the schools, luxury hotels, malls and so on.

It was also stated in the blueprints that the center of Reinhardt will be divided into 5 regions.

District A will be the center area and the place where the castle of the kingdom will be constructed.

District B will be the area where the military buildings would be located.

District C would host the justice courts, the public police offices, the department of education, government policy offices, schools and so on.

District D will be the location of the luxury hotels, amusement parks, malls, basically the place of amusement.

District E would be the location of the condominiums, housing all the citizens.

This was just in the central part of the soon to be constructed kingdom. While in the other parts will be the regular hotels for visitors from other places, and many other facilities which had endless possibilities.

But before all of this, Lexus mentioned the cement. In this world, he considered that the same cement of earth won't do. In this world of swords and magic, destroying a building made by the cement that had the same composition on earth, would be an easy thing.

What he needed is to add a substance to the cement that could withstand the attacks of the invaders. In this world that is set in the medieval period, cement is not a common thing as the houses were just created from wood and stones while the mansions of the nobles and castles of the royalties were created by marbles.

For his short term goal of creating a cement that is reinforced with magic or mana, is luckily not hard. He had a mineral that could be use for it and it has infinite durability but the current quantity of it was not plenty enough.

But if enough time will pass, the amount would be more than enough. Looking around at the devastated ruins of Reinhardt, Lexus looked at the description of the skill that he intended to use.

To be a lord of a territory, Satisfy designed that a player must obtain a title of a noble of that kingdom or empire to govern a piece of land. In other words, he would have to jump through dozens of hoops unless the king or emperor has given him a territory.

Now that he became the king, Lexus didn't have to go through that trouble at all. He then felt that he could see everything inside his territory as if he had a bird's eye view of the whole place despite the large territory of the kingdom.
