MODE (CELESTIAL) 4

Being inside her body mentally while leveling up was an eye-opener that Hilde couldn't get anywhere else. She watched as external energy permeated her cells. It was a white wispy gas that seemed familiar to her.

Next was the divinity in her body moving of its own accord and without her feeling it clashes with the wispy energy. Both melded and dissolved into her cells and body increasing everything's capability.

She watched as the level-ups ended and she found it absurd how she only got a few levels. Done with the leveling up she opened her eyes to look at the prompt.

"That's a lot of experience".

[LEVEL - 4 (1201/27000)]

" Triple the previous experience?" She hissed in outrage as she did the calculation. "That's almost a hundred thousand points".she grumbled internally even if she felt the increase in experience was a bit normal.

Cole was exactly where he had sat, eyes still closed.

" I could have done this anywhere else. Why bring me here?"Cole"s eyelids fluttered before opening locking me with gray storm eyes.

"You might not perceive or detect it. But what you went through was a qualitative change. Doing it anywhere else with your aura out of control would have been disastrous.

He must have noted my disbelieving look since he shook his head.

" Creator gods are more dangerous than you believe. While you and your 'siblings' .." he air quoted with a smirk making her groan. "...are not yet deadly enough. You all are by your rights quite powerful." his eyes looked off to the side.

"Some though more than others. At least in your planes and some." he was back to staring at me. "The secrets that are hidden can be found in the Rifts Hilde. You'll need to move to get them"

Ignoring the boy I decided to focus on the other things I had gotten.

[MODE (CELESTIAL)]

Cosmic energy filled within the now upgraded cells has created this mode. For thirty minutes a day you remain superior. A God amongst gods. (Time increase with a better understanding of cosmic energy manipulation]

[FEATURES] -

[IMMORTAL BODY - Indestructible flesh and bones. Nigh unkillable.]

[STRENGTH - Celestials have been known to juggle worlds.]

[FLIGHT - You are unbound by universal laws. Severing your tether to the ground and your limits in space]

[INFINITE COSMIC AWARENESS - Able to detect and control all forms of cosmic energy without flaw.]

I grumbled at how I had almost missed this. I had been in a rush to erase the winter realm dwellers and just used the first thing I had thought was cool. AUM.

I shook my head as I realized that apart from the other insights I also now had a sub-divinity to practice.

'I'll just focus more on my insights. Getting more insights to level up will be good. But it begs the question of whether I can get an insight to create a sub-divinity without having to reach a milestone.'

'Is that by chance what I need the Done runes for."

I sighed more before easing out of the prompt and bringing up something else. The devil template.

"Interesting." Cole was sitting by my side now. How and when he moved unnoticed by me.

"So you do realize that a Devil is technically the other spectrum of a God."

"Bali did make sure to hammer in that fact" I shrugged putting my attention back to what I wanted from the template.

"Yes. so you know one can't survive on your realms. Right?" he looked at me like he hoped I was smart enough to know.

"I survived the nether realm. So why can't it?" best to just ignore his look.

" Gods are filled with divine energy. It is pious, holy, and good. But doesn't make them good beings though. Devils are nefarious and chaotic. Nether is their energy and while you can survive as a creator God since you are independent of divinity, gods, and devils are not as lucky".

"I'm guessing I know all this or somehow suspected since you can tell me" I pointed out. He rolled his eyes before standing.

"Point is, you can't put a devil on Torheim, or Feyryire," he warned.

"Then where?". I asked.

"Nowhere you currently possess." he deadpanned. "But..." my mouth shut as he continued.

"With that, it could be made possible." His right hand snapped and something manifested in his grasp. It was a thick ball of primordial chaos.

"What are you going to do with that?" I asked curiously. He smiled his eyes giving off a silver light at their edge. Like a piece of a sharp blade.

"Not me. You are going to do something to it" then the jerk threw the ball of chaos at me.

******

I had a bad experience with primordial chaos. The first meeting with that thing had been wrecking my body. Or was it tempering?

Second had been the void wolf. Sure in both instances I had received gains. Gains that came with my pains or battles.

So you can imagine my shock and panic at having the ball of volatile nuclear proportions tossed like fruit at me.

"Not funny." I hissed.

The male ignored my clear anger and just motioned for me to do something about the ball I now held at arm's length. Scanning it I glared at the prompt before I stuttered.

The ball was the unknown thing I had been granted after gaining Arayat.

Now I had to somehow forge it into what I wished.

[MATERIAL] - [CONSTRUCTION TYPE]

[PRIMORDIAL] - [CHAOS]

Cut from the void this ball is filled with primordial chaos.

Can be used for Form Creation.

[Universe Form Existing] >> [Expand]

[Create Realm]

I could choose to expand my universe or create a new realm.

"But won't having a new realm affect the other realms? Plus the players too. Wouldn't it affect them? Besides a realm for the devil, I feel like I'm making a hell " I didn't like the idea of a place like that.

"The boundaries of your universes will soon be revealed. Other creator players will come for your crown Tier one player. " I frowned at him but his smile remained. Could he do anything but smile?

"Having Gods battle gods is good to give experience. But you know it's not only the creators out there. Bali will come." Cole's smile faded a bit. "You'll need an army to hold him while whooping his nether ass."

"I'm glad you think so highly of me" I mocked. He smiled and winked before nodding to the ball.

"Getting your gods ready against devils will pay off. Plus also having devils that could corrupt your enemies."

"And what if the other creator players get their devils," I asked.

"Get?". he scoffed. " You, my dear. Erased an entire lair while practicing. You destroyed an army of netherlings without moving. I would be dumb to not surrender after that." he pointed out.

"If the other creator players can do something like that then maybe you can be worried. Even if they did get devils. So what. When did the odds ever bother you!"

"It always did!" I barked. I wasn't some dumb battle maniac."Harsh battles just seem to find me." He chuckled at that nodding in agreement.

"But I guess you are right. Besides with Celestial mode, I can hold my own" I added. It was a jab to see if by chance Cole could access my template. His surprise and then nod of indifference answered that.

"Create Realm" the world forge vanished and I found myself floating in nothing. Torheim above, Feyryire and the mortal realms below it. A thought was all it took to push the entangled mortal and soul realms up and closer to Torheim. The spatial forces holding them separate creaking.

Finally, there was just a bit of space below the large blue ball that denoted Feyryire before the boundary of my universe came.

There was where it appeared. The system forged what my imagination presented.

I had missed the sight of the three realms being made. Now I had front-row seats to the fourth. A red inky dot spread from the center to all directions forming a rapidly expanding spherical realm.

I drew closer watching as the edges finally got close enough to the blue sphere of Feyryire. The realm was just as large as the mortal realms and Feyryire combined making it the biggest of the now four realms.

I watched as lands rose from nothing and red seas rolled out through their channels. I noted the purple trees and grasses, the huge rocks and hills. Finally was the last thing I added.

The Coliseum. A central ring stadium forged of purple and red stone. A tall spire loomed from its edge where Ayarat would serve from.

While Cole was right I also had an even better idea of what to do here. Mythology was always a good source of inspiration. Seeing to it that my last idea was implemented I dropped into the realm.

I didn't care to name it. Ayarat could handle that. Neither would I give her a seat of power. Leaving her to always wage war against the other realms would help them grow stronger.

The realm was scalding. I could feel it minimally trying to repulse the divinity I bore. The only reason I wasn't on my knees and weakened was because of my status as Creator and also since divinity was nothing but a tool for this body.

'Must be why I managed to endure Bali's attempt at corrupting me long enough to heal my body'.

A ball of divinity coalesced into existence over my right palm. The energy in the air quickly reacted as it actively sought to filter into the ball and corrupt.

'The system did make the environment unwelcoming for divines." It made me ponder though what exactly it corrupts. When Bali had tried corrupting me I had simply burned the Devil's fire in me and converted it back to the Divine one. But when I used my cosmic beams on the winter dwellers they had burned to nothing. Which meant the corruption had been permanent.

Which begged the question. What exactly did it have to corrupt to be permanent?

I watched the energies in the air try to filet the ball. It was now easy to film things with my will for observation. My will rolled through the divine orb as I watched the invading energies burn and convert the divinity around it. It was a sure thing that the divinity fought back but unlike with me, there was no more divine energy to reinforce the energy lost.

Little by little the ball turned a dark shade of purple as it slowly got eaten up. I watched till the energies finally arrived at the core of the energy and I found something I never noticed.

It was something I always saw but didn't put much thought into. I saw it when purifying the Unborms and the Joundk. When I gave them my divinity and replaced the fire divinity in them with mine. The three had shared my divinity absurdly with the then-available insights amongst each other. One taking earthen grace, the other divine purity, and then the last had taken spark.

The same spark that was within this divine orb fighting off the corruption. Here at the center of the divine ball, I saw an unexpected sight. The energies couldn't corrupt the spark as It kept burning and destroying them.

'If it can't corrupt the spark then doesn't that mean.' I paled. If I didn't know how to use divine purity I could see myself in an endless cycle of corruption and pain. The work was never-ending as the One-spark destroyed the energies coming near it.

It was terrifying and also awesome. A perpetual loop of suffering because the one-spark wouldn't purify the entire body.

'Okay. So I have to create a ball without the spark'. I thought.

Easier said than done. The spark was always there. Never different. I tried a lot. Tried to feel for it within my body while moving the divine energy to flow out. Tried to will it to stay out of the energy stream. Nothing worked.

Ultimately, I focused on an already-made ball. First I tried to separate the divine energy from the spark.

Unstable.

It exploded in my face and a realm-wide charge that almost blinded me struck me face first sending me flying miles away from my first location and striking into the purple and red ground of the fourth realm.

'So without something to bind the spark is free to do as it pleases. ' I nodded. "A spark that turns into a realm won't attack," I added with a not-so-shocked face.

'At least it doesn't harm me'. I must have spoken too soon as my body locked up the moment I exited the pit letting me fall on my face.

'Thank the lords the children are not here'.

I stayed that way while revolving the divine energy through my cells to men the burned and locked cells and muscles in me.

That took a while before I finally struggled to my feet.

"Let's try again". I was careful to watch as the energy released the spark. Willing a shield around the energy and pushing away the explosion while also holding on to the spark. Once it was free I stilled.

The spark in my grasp was an undiluted raw energy. It was tiny. But the tiny thing was what could create a realm-wide bolt of lightning. And that was just one bolt containing a meager ball of energy not larger than my fist.

I could feel the vibrations in my will as it strained to withhold the spark. For a moment I forgot my true assignment as I marveled at the spark.

'Focus' shaking my head I wondered what to do with the spark. It was obvious it couldn't be held. Double obvious how the energies in the realm were unable to interact with it. Creating a space of no energy within 3ft around me.

" What would happen if I tried incorporating it into a weapon or another divinity ball? Or I don't know tried to absorb it" a shiver went some my spine at the thought but I found myself slowly urging myself on.

A zap of lightning, as well as a flash of bright light, occurred as my entire body shone like a bulb with my eyes and mouth emitting white light. Once it was done I dropped there smoking.

'Nev..er ab...s...orb a s....park a....gain' My mind was in shambles.

At least I learned. Spark dangerous.

As my body rested I decided to log out for the meantime. No one could come here for now since the realm was not habitable for them.
