Realm Wars 8 - Five Of Fire and Brimstones.

As children born of the mother, it was automatic for them to share the same blood and DNA in a sense. This was logical. Unlike the gods who were born of the ambient energies of the realms and mortal prayers, the five were astutely different in this sense.

Haero was the first to come into the spotlight. The God had been scarce for the longest time in the history of the game. The acclaimed Suneater. Not even the known gods remembered the events. It was rumored and whispered amongst many, the source unknown.

To his right stood yet another rare sight to the gods. Blood God Ozai, the known had spoken of the one altercation he had with his brother on the very plains of Torheim when it was naught but wild lands.

Then there was Tora, Skywalker. The beast girl stood her fists folded in anger. To her left was another female, one the daemons knew well as Freyja, Lady of the Dead.

Finally to Ozai's right was an Unknown figure. One who many had wondered about. While Haero was legendary, Ozai was revered, Tora feared and Freyja respected. The last of the five had barely been seen or heard of. Most gods took this occasion to take him in.

He was just like Freyja they realized just more muscular but in a lean way. Scales and golden eye pools, fangs and a forked red tongue, claws, and horns growing from his head.

The chaos entity had been watching, appraising, or judging. For what no one knew. The administrators though were not eager to find out.

"End it" Haero's command was all it took to have all five move. Ozai, black scaled wings bursting out his back moved above as he surged for the nothingness. Around him, a sea of golden and blue blood gathered. It disturbed the five as they realized this was the blood of the gods slain or injured in this war.

Freyja stood right by Tora who remained unmoving while Haero and Freyr joined their brother. One stretching out his wings while the other became a burning torch and shot up.

His fire was so hot it felt like the sol had descended upon the realm.

The gods moved back as they watched their administrators defend. The first to strike was surprisingly Tora. The crackle of lightning around her was enough to announce her wrath.

Most had realized that she was as free as the element, wrathful as the fire she did not possess, and arrogant with the power she bore. The lightning ran circles around her as she raised her palm.

This wasn't the uncontrollable spark that Hilde had. This was an extension of her, a limb, a friend, and a life force. It was this lightning that made her skywalker. With each tail she had it grew more powerful, more lethal.

For a while now she had stopped counting her tails only keeping tabs to note when a new one appeared.

Her lightning, whiter than anything ever made, created a flash that momentarily blinded most of the gods especially those with good and dark vision which was all.

Then it flowed up her extended hand and vanished into the nothing heeding her will. The bolt appeared right by the chaos ink having cut through the distance and drilled into the primordial entity. Its roar reverberated once more as the lightning dug into it.

Freyja was quick to blanket the gods with her aura protecting them from the chaos' roar.

The lightning was like the call to arms. Not just for her siblings but also for the chaos. It seemed it had intended to hover there slowly coagulating primordial chaos from beyond the wall and only when it was big enough would it strike.

The siblings had no such ideas.

Haero struck. Condensed sun fire manifested in his palm and shaped into a javelin. The pike soared through the air even as blue energy coated its tip. Freyr flapped silently a bored expression on his face while his left arm focused the energy on his brother's javelin.

Ozai not to be left out descended or ascended, the nothingness was a funny place. He formed two disks of blood, large enough to block him, and sent it at the chaos while filling it with divinity.

A three-way attack. The chaos responded in kind. Its center bloomed like a flower to spit out a part of it. One that looked eerily similar to the Argonnes of the realms. Another blob was spat out forming yet another Argonne. Then a third one too.

"It scanned us" Daedalus whispered.

"Shitty copy cat " the daemon at his side hissed. Neither looked at the other just staring up at the three manifested chaos Argonnes.

For a was having none of it. Her arms moved as she gathered more lightning from within her. Freyr darted forward with a groan of annoyance as his golden eyes emitted blue light. Soul energy filled his cells as he shot forward.

Ozai instantly shot a pike of crystallized blood at him which he caught. Using it as a weapon the God engaged the three Argonnes. A Blue thread shot out and tired up all three, with a pull he dragged them over to him and out of the path of his elder brothers.

Both took the free path. The first dashing into the chaos with an explosion of fire from his soles. The second flapped his wings harshly and burst forward without a single draft of wind to aid him.

Haero burned with red flames, a drill of fire forming around him with its tip pointed at the mass of ink. To his right was the blood God shooting blood darts at the entity to distract. He was truly weak here, his affinity useless against an entity that couldn't bleed and had no blood to give him.

Worse the blood he shot into the chaos was corrupted and lost all sense of divinity or even the blood it was before. Stopping him from affecting it from within.

Haero clashed with the ink. His fire drill burned with more divinity as he tore through it. The chaos wobbled, its surface shaking like a violent black sea. A roar escaped its surface like the turbulence of a mad sea.

Haero kept drilling. Ozai kept fueling his rapidly depleting blood reserves and shooting it at the side of the thing. The blooming flower kept spitting out Argonnes to fight him but a soul thread would also muzzle them and drag them to Freyr.

At this point, the god was dashing indiscriminately between all the chaos Argonnes. Searching for a weakness. His divine energy, little as it was compared to his elder three siblings was enough to burn the Argonnes. But not enough to destroy them.

But with each Argonne he drew away the more crowded he got. The chaos Argonnes didn't even seem to have a mind of their own just attacking what was in sight. Flashes of lighting gathered around the realm before shooting up like a compressed white beam to blast into the chaos sea.

The lightning managed to drill a large hole into it, one that it definitely felt if its roar of pain was something to go by.

Yet it was whatever the Suneater did within its body where he drilled through that made it frenzied. The chaos sea suddenly shook and tore apart. Like the red sea, it parted forming two walls and revealing the center where the god floated burning as he glared venomously at the fleeing walls of fire.

The walls suddenly stopped and then hardened into a crystallized black mass. It loomed so large that it was almost as big as the realm.

Crack.

Crack.

Haero glanced at the breaking wall. A split appearing down the side and running along it continuously. Then another cracking sound came from the wall behind him. The same crack patterns appearing.

Haero paused as his fire increased. The golden streams of Sol flame running below his metallic liquid dark skin glowed more brightly as he pulled at the divine fires of the original Sol he had consumed as a babe.

Something was coming. He just knew.

He wasn't the only one. Everyone could feel the tremor of danger in the air. The gods had already started retreating slowly from the unrest rising in them as they watched the Sun Eater standing between two walls of black hardened primordial chaos.

Freyr hissed with a lick of his red forked tongue, and grabbing the mass of primordial entities he spun.

"Tora!" his shout drew the eye of the Unmduni. Her large white irises narrowed within her golden cornea as she locked unto the plummeting primordials.

The air sang. Lightning announced itself all over Feyryire as the bolts flashed across the atmosphere. No clouds, nothing but white lightning as it gathered into the Skywalker. Her eyes lit up with the spark of pure lightning. The sound of thunder reverberated around her like the herald of the incoming wrath.

Without pointing it was unleashed.

The lightning tore through the chaos Argonnes leaving nothing and then going on to strike the sea of chaos. It roared even more at this.

The gods watched the Argonnes pulverized by divine lightning cease to exist.

"Haero" Freyja whispered as she dove forward and then flapped heading for the Sun God.

"Siscon" Tora harrumphed before her body burst apart into several bolts of lightning and shot out. The lightning grabbed onto Freyja, then consumed Ozai and Freyr on their path to assist Haero before it descended on Haero.

The lightning released the family before it condensed back into the Unmdumi. Back to back, the administrator gods could only stand watching like visitors in a king's courtyard.

The walls of crystallized chaos as a gracious host finally groaned and shattered.

The walls of crystal were pushed apart, from within waves of primordial beings, Argonnes, bipedal beasts, tentacled monsters, alien creatures forced themselves out. All sorts of things one could both imagine and not imagine poured out.

"It was a trap" Ozai stated blandly.

"Of course, it was a trap". Tora grumbled. " We're screwed".

" No, it was a trap to remove us" he affirmed then looked out to the side everyone following his gaze.

The sea was separating. No, not separating. Stretching. Like a dam held for so long burst free. It flowed, a fishing flood of black water, purple lightning flashing within it's dark waters as it rushed for the closest realm in its path.

Like a gaping maw, it was obvious what it intended.
