CLANG.

BANG.

Cain's fists and blade swung venting his anger and frustration from his mental weakness The Knight pushed him to realize back on it. As much as he wanted to deny his weakness or cowardice, Faora was a stark testimony to his fear of death. It wasn't even like his death would be permanent. Yet it still frightened Cain, he thought it was due to not wanting to lose any power from dying. But this fight had made him realize that he truly feared dying and he hated it. His weakness grated at him.

He roared internally as he smashed his heel into the Knight's face again and again. Faora stood to the side her once maddened expression now gone, the nothing in her gaze, and looked back. Desne watched coldly as he pummeled the knight without care.

"End it already. I'm bored". Desne muttered.

" You're always bored" Cain shot back in annoyance, sighed, and then looked down at the knight. "Thank you for the revelation. " He muttered unsheathing his sword. The blade pointer to the ground, and slowly it glowed brighter and brighter till it was a a lance of light.

"Your death will be a slow and painful ordeal, Silent one. A dishonor to you". He blurred forward and the blade stabbed into the knight. The Knight jerked and his head drooped back eyes that gleamed weakly staring up into the black sky of Mistrelon.

BOOM

The sound of something exploding in the sky caught their attention. All eyes going up. The sight of a golden flare diminishing in the distance caught their eyes only for a second before something crashed right beside Cain.

BOOM

Dust covered the two entities, one in its dying throes and the other basking in vengeance. A blur swept closer and Cain felt the hairs on his neck stand. The dust cleared just enough for him to see. A black knight just like the one at his feet but with a look of carnage, armor, and leather covering the upper body. That was the best he got before it moved.

It grabbed the burning blade with half of its metal inside the knight with its right hand. Its left hand lashed out striking Cain sharply on his helmet and sending him flying like a ragdoll.

The stranger ripped the blade out of the knight without pausing and then flung the sword at its owner. Crouching the being examined the knight.

Cain rolled to a halt, warm liquid flowing into its mouth. The clang of steel on the ground entered his ear and he spat out golden blood just as he stood to retrieve his blade.

"This one is..."

"Strong" Faora finished. Her mad grin was back on her face. Cain frowns as he slowly realizes. 'Goddam battle maniac.' He sighed as he looked back to the figure crouched before the knight. Now that he had the time to look at it Cain couldn't help but blink in surprise.

"Cloak of Authority"

"It's a Creator".

"It's a Creator".

Desne and Cain muttered at the same time while Faora took a step forward. There was a reason why this was possible, after all any being could wear a cloak. The difference here was in the authority used to describe the cloak. Creators were beings who made worlds and watched over them. Holding supreme and total control over it when the time was right. Outside their worlds, they were nothing more but players in the same rough terrain. Which was where the cloak came in. It didn't give them any authority over their worlds as they had that already. It rather was like a badge to signify and show what a being was and its status. The cloak could come in many forms depending on the player, for Faoro it was her tattered cloak, for Cain his one-handed cape, for Desne it was her belt trailing down her side.

"Hey you!" she shouted. The figure didn't move. "I'm talking to you". Its head turned and blue orbs locked on all three of them.

"Yes. You. You seem to know the creature. I did that. So, Fight me" Faora tightened her fists, Cain looked at her in wonder while Desne just narrowed her gaze. . The entity observed her for a minute before turning back to the male. Faora frowned annoyed at getting ignored. Before she could react though the figure stood. Turning around she walked towards her left. Behind her, the Knight rose. Its once battered form was healed, The weak glow of its eyes bursting with new energy.

Cain frowned wondering if both would attack them now. It came as a shock when tbe knight turned and walked back into the mountain.

"You wish to fight us alone?" Desne asked equally surprised. The entity made no sound or reply.

"The first never said a word I'm certain this one won't either. Let's just end this". Cain growled. Desne shrugged then lashed her whip out. Faora's grin returned with a sick madness, the figure crouched low like a predator as it waited. The silence was tense as none spoke, and then all three rushed for the figure.

BOOM.

All three dashed for the figure and it stood there watching as they got closer. It felt like an eternity which was nothing more than a few seconds due to their speeds and the short distance.

Then all three arrived. There was no explosion of strength, no wave of defense. No attack or parry, just nothing. The figure was gone. Desne frowned, her eyes darting to all sites, Cain gulped unwilling to ask what he wanted. Hoping that maybe it would just be a fluke.

"Fast" It was not a fluke as Faora commented. The whoosh of the wind alerted them to movement from behind. Cain spun the shield first, the ground cracked and split as something moved. Cain heard Desne shout from beside him as his shield smashed into something. He halted with a gaping mouth as he watched her fly.

A fist smacked into his right ribs bending him over. Faora was there to stop the figure but the next moment it was on his left punching into his side. He barely howled in pain when a foot smacked him into the ground.

Cain and Desne groaned as they rose to their feet watching Faora fly back to them. It was obvious at that moment that physical battles would not work against the new knight. His eyes locked on the skirt of her armor and he groaned. 'Why do the females have such crazy strength '

The female vanished, Cain exhaled and his body glowed with a bright white light. " Come on!" he roared. Faora levitated just a bit as her body was consumed by darkness and Desne vanished completely.

BOOM.

The knight reappeared with her right fist outstretched punching into Cain's shield which had defended the attack.

"Interesting" For the first time they heard a voice. Cain didnt even have the time to ponder why the voice was familiar when she vanished once more. Desne appeared at the spot a dagger slashing through the air. The knight reappeared at that spot and kicked out with brutality.

"You'll need more than that " She turned to face Faora who appeared next to her at high speed and both ladies punching out at the other. A metallic gauntlet fist met a darkness-coated fist.

BOOM

BOOM

The knight shook on her spot while Faora was blown back. "Chaos." The helmet tilted as the eyes turned green. "Now you have my attention". Sidestepping a kick from Desne the ground shook.

" Let's up the games a bit shall we" The knight slammed her hand onto the ground and it trembled then crumbled. She took a step back parrying all of Desne's fists throws. The goddess made a low sweep and the instant the knight jumped to avoid she quickly turned and tossed a ball at her face.

SCHRECK

It imploded, whatever the ball was attempted to steal her head. She blurred and was now behind Cain again. Her foot stomped the ground and her fist shot out to punch the shield again. Cain's shield glowed even brighter as he braced for the blow.

CRACK.

An earthen spire darted out of the ground and struck his back sending him flying past her. Without hesitation, she grabbed his feet and...

SMASH

BOOM

SMASH

BOOM

She spun just as Faora appeared and walked towards the goddess with tbe god in her grasp. She stomped the earth again making it shake and knocking Desne out of her invincibility. Desne flinched as she watched Cain fly at her and strike both of them into the distance.

BOOM!!

Cain was planted two meters into the ground. He groggily watched as a shimmer appeared around the knight and she levitated. Faora still with the mad grin rushed at her with all her strength, This time though the goddess didn't just coat herself in chaos, The wind pushed at her putting her at speeds faster than she had ever gone. In a blink, she was next to the Knight, and with a punch, her fist slammed down.

BOOM!!

The knight's palm catching the blow negated the strike. Just as she made to swat Faora away she stumbled. Before her Faora vanished and the ground beneath her changed. A roar sounded out making her look up into the Sky only to see a dragon with six blue eyes descending for her at a speed that was beyond anything.

'Molliway' The knight thought as she took a step forward. Just as the beast got closer she could make out its huge form that had not changed in the time past. She stopped.

"Mother!. I am back." The dragon sounded joyful and its attempt at a smile was evident from the rows of fangs it broadcasted.

"Indeed". She took steps forward watching as the dragon smiled wider and wider. Then just as she arrived within range of it...

" Order!"

It was something the knight had hardly used but right now she felt it should help with whatever this was. The white flames ignited from her legs and rose engulfing her body as a screech that wasn't a dragon's reentered her hearing and then with a flicker and buzz Molliwag vanished.

Her hand shot out instantly to the side and gripped the throat of the first person she grabbed.

"Illusions" she muttered to the struggling goddess. "Not lovely at all" Her nose twitched, the sound of something sizzling. entered her ears. A heat that she felt was familiar growing behind her. The knight spun and without pause thrust Desne at whatever it was.

It was blinding but she was fast enough to see the white beam shoot out the tip of Cain's sword eviscerating Desne's abdomen. So powerful it cut through to the other side and slammed into her. The sizzling sound of energy hitting metal entered her ear.

The goddess gasped as her lower body dropped to the ground with splashes of Ichor. A creator was a hard being to kill even amongst themselves. The knight just dropped her upper body while remaining in that position for a moment before looking up to Cain.

"I didn't know you were capable," she muttered loud enough for him to hear. "Forgive me... " she turned to Faora too. "... for the disrespect. I won't hold back as much anymore".

A round shield appeared in her left hand. the center bearing a shard that made it look like a teardrop. In her right hand red lights, white lights, and black lights mixed up together guided by a golden light. It ravelled downwards forming a hilt and handle in her hands and then on downwards to become a blade. Then the lights condensed and vanished leaving only a sword in her grasp.

" I assure you. You will want to use everything in your arsenal to survive". She warned.

"Who the hell are you?" Cain, the only sensible person asked making the knight cock her head to the side. Even Faora who was now buffered by winds and the growing chaotic energy around her halted to hear the answer.

"I go by a few names and titles but I would love for you to know me as Warrior One. My role is not yet sure. But for now, you may say I am the hand of the Creator. And you...have angered her. " Without waiting to clear up the confusion she had thrown Cain into the Knight stabbed the sword she formed into the ground and with a swipe of her hand formed a rune in the air before picking her sword.

"I will give you both more attention". The rune blazed with an indigo color and then formed an outer ring that rotated with words within before slamming into her knocking two more knights out of her body. One knight wielded the same shield and sword while the other was unarmed. Both glowed with an indigo light as they raised their blade and fists.

"Now show me just how strong the creators can get ". The copies dashed forward silently, blue eyes locked on their adversaries with a death stare. Faora laughed as the wind exploded behind her sending her sailing for the copy to her right who was unarmed. Cain on her left sighed with annoyance before dashing forward as well.

'This is very not safe' he gritted his teeth.

Both entities radiated power, one a white energy that was familiar to the knight as Order, the other a purple and black chaotic energy that corroded the ground. The copies unlike their adversaries had no such energy exuding from them. Beneath their armor veins appeared streaking across their bodies, their ones blue orbs glinting into a golden glow.

The Knight watching took one step back and muttered.

"Let's see. How about just this." It was as if it was looking into space scrolling through options. Finally, it halted and then with a nod focused back on the battle.
