Chapter 22: Strange Things in the Hidden Base

"Can you even believe that girl? She hid that from us and now look where we are..she makes me so mad. And to do it WITH MY OWN DAD!!" Destiny vented to Na as they sat on the back porch outside. Na looked in disbelief, yet he really didn't know what to say so he just listened to his girlfriend's frustrations. As for the other inhabitants. Everyone was either furious,disappointed or downright angry with Luna. Minus Skyra who could probably understand her the most. At the moment Skyra just got done making some cookies and went to Silvia's bedroom to accompany her. The woman softly knocked on her door just to see if she was in the right mental headspace.

"Silvia it's me Momma Skyra..I made ya some cookies." The woman said cheerfully. She waited for a few minutes in silence. The door slowly opened and Skyra walked in to comfort the betrayed girl. Skyra sat next to her on the bed and held her tight in a deep embrace. Silvia began to start crying into Skyra's bosom. "Sniff..w-why? Why would she not tell me this sooner? Why would she tell Azou to keep it a secret?!

Her eyes were red and they looked tired even. "Poor girl if this is how she felt, imagine Luna." Skyra thought.

Silvia said with genuine concern. Skyra shushed her and hugged her tight. "Right now..take this time as being single as healing. Once she left just outside in the large hallway she saw Nea talk with Destiny about the whole situation that happened. Things were very awkward as Skyra in a way felt responsible for Luna's misdeeds. She figured as her mother. She'd have to stand by her girl no matter what. That was until her husband appeared and placed his hand on her shoulder.

"Oh Zuzu..Where did we go wrong? I never would have guess that Luna would do such a thing. Silvia is in shambles and the whole aura around this place is in despair. I can't help but feel responsible. She..she is our daughter after all." Skyra said. The woman was upset at this and felt overwhelmed. She had hope her husband had any pearls of wisdom to share to alleviate the emotional pain. Zuma looked down towards his wife with sadden eyes and hugged Skyra close. His tears began to form then they quickly disappeared.

"My wife. Skyra. Thought we are Luna's parents. We will never and I mean NEVER stop loving her. Yes she did make a mistake and even though she may or may not had bad intent. There is one thing we must do. The others hopefully will come to this solution in time." Zuma paused and looked outside at the night sky. "We must forgive. I know it doesn't seem easy,but we must." "Why do you spout off such nonsense Zuma. How can we possibly be sure to trust that..that..that HARLOT!! She not only double crossed Destiny, but she played all of us and worst of all..SHE PLAYED YOU TWO!! Open your eyes fool. Forget being her parents for a moment and take a stand." Psion said in a frustrated tone. Zuma took a deep breath before he responded to Psion calling his daughter a harlot.

"Thought you may disagree with her..methods and frankly, so do we,however Psion. I will give you ONE warning. Call my child OUT of her name again and FAFIR will be the lease of your troubles." Zuma said menacingly. The room got cold immediately. Psion turned and stared down the muscular deity. Neither Zuma nor him backed down. Their aura was calm yet eerie. Destiny stood in awe of her older brother. Yet she knew if he'd continued with his blatant disrespect a fight would break out.

"THAT'S ENOUGH YOU TWO!! AS QUEEN OF THE NEOTIC DEITIES, I ORDER YOU TO STAND DOWN NOW!!" Nea said issuing her authority. Neither listened to her. Instead their aura slowly started to shake the foundation of the Hidden Base. "Feeling froggy Zuma? Well jump!! Defend that traitor, that SLUT, THAT WHORE!" Psion exclaimed boldly. It took every fiber of restraint for Zuma not to strike Psion. Veins formed out of his muscular arms,chest and even the crown of his head,yet he did not strike. Instead Azou rushed as fast as she could to her father's aid.

Nea and Destiny were impressed with Zuma's self-restraint and discipline, normally if a father felt his daughter or son were even hurt or disrespected,they would go ballistic. Unfazed by this Psion stood unafraid and gently tapped Zuma on his cheek and said the most disrespectful thing you could say to a father. All that were in the hallway were shocked and appalled by what Psion said.

Enraged by this comment, not even Nea could or honestly wanted to stop Zuma at this point. Even SHE knew to never insult a man or a woman's family. The head goddess watched as how her only son may end up being brutally beaten or possibly injured. Destiny hid behind a chair and grabbed Na who wondered what the immense pressure was coming from. She snatched the boy down to her level as a effort to save him. "W..what's happening? Why are those two shaking the whole place Destiny?" Na whispered. Scared..Destiny didn't know how to respond. Instead they saw Nea take Skyra and Azou far away to duck and cover.

"Things are about to get a little explosive. Just stay tight Na baby." Destiny said in a shaky voice.

"This isn't good..I can tell. Man. I do hope they don't fight. I just hope no-" At that very moment. A loud thud erupted. It echoed throughout the entire void. Before Na could even finshed talking. A ominous silence shook those that were in that hallway to their very core. Psion had struck the first blow. Azou and Destiny poked their heads out from their hiding places only to see Zuma wasn't even phased. Not in the slightest. "W..what the heck?? T..that was my strongest hit..There is no way you just tanked that..Perhaps..the whorish energy you gotten from your wife has strengthen you all these years." Psion said as he pushed Zuma to his breaking point.

In a instant. Zuma landed his heavy fist into Psion's face breaking his mask on contact. The Life deity fell to his side and looked at Zuma with shock. Menacing he was. Zuma dreamt of the day he could finally put Psion in his place. Though Skyra beat him years before,this one was now personal. The Death deity folded his pale,muscular arms and waited for Psion to get back on his feet. Yet in fear Psion stayed down and concealed his exposed face.

"Know were you stand BOY." Zuma said coldly. Though Psion and him were the same age of 1000 years. Zuma was mentally far older than his rival. Psion frantically collected pieces of his broken mask into his hand. He quickly placed his hat back on his head. But Zuma loomed over the ashamed deity. "What makes you think you can strike a god Zuma? Have you no shame? Have you no remorse?!" Psion yelled. Zuma slapped the mask pieces out of Psion's hand and grabbed the deity by his face. "Let me make one thing perfectly clear Psion. I AM NOT ONE TO FIGHT, BUT IF YOU EVER DISRESPECT MY FAMILY AGAIN..I will PERSONALLY take your soul to Hexus ITSELF!" Zuma exclaimed scaring Psion a little.

Everyone else who heard Zuma yell were dead silent. The Death deity was angry and floated away only for Psion to push his buttons even more. This broke him past his limit. Even though it already was. "I hope FAFIR FUCKS YOUR WIFE..YOUR DAUGHTER AZOU...and that WHORE Luna!!" Psion laughed. Zuma instantly grabbed Psion by his throat choking the boy.

She calmed down Zuma to the point he was able to restraint himself once again. The muscular man hugged his family and kissed each of them on their cheek. Azou embarrassingly scratched the back of her head and giggled. "I..may have wanted to use that as leverage and..blackmail her." Azou mumbled. Angered by this Skyra folded her arms.

"You..what now?" Skyra asked in a agitated tone. "I..I uh..wanted to blackmail her..Heh..ehe..eh..I'm grounded aren't I?" Azou asked fearing the consequences. "Oh well let's see here. Hmm you wanted to use your sister's misdeed as personal leverage as blackmail, hmm you possibly would have taken advantage of her and made her your maid. Well that constitutes for grounding." Skyra said. Azou slouched her body forward.

"However..however my daughter..You did tell the truth and spoke it outright. I'm sorry Luna but you too must face the consequences of your actions. Later on. The following day Silvia stormed down the halls to Saruna's room. She remembered Azou mentioning she too knew Luna's dark secret.
