Chapter 20 - End Pt. 2

As Rissy and I listened to the guardians of the ancient temple, we knew that we had to help them seal the power of the Dragon's Heart. It was a dangerous and powerful force, and it could not be left unchecked.

"We will do our best to help you seal the Dragon's Heart," Rissy said, determined to succeed. "But how do we do it?"

The guardians of the temple explained that we would need to gather several powerful artifacts and perform a ritual in order to seal the power of the Dragon's Heart. They gave us a map and detailed instructions, and we set out on our quest.

We gathered the artifacts and followed the instructions, and we arrived at the location of the ritual. We performed the ritual, and we felt the power of the Dragon's Heart beginning to fade.

But as we were performing the ritual, something went wrong. The power of the Dragon's Heart was too great, and it overwhelmed us. We were unable to control it, and it exploded, sending us flying across the temple.

We landed on the ground, badly injured and barely conscious. We could feel the life slipping away from us, and we knew that we were dying.

As Rissy and I lay on the ground, dying from the explosion of the Dragon's Heart, we knew that our time in the game world of Divine Rights was coming to an end. We had fought bravely and valiantly, but we had failed in our quest to seal the power of the Dragon's Heart.

"I'm sorry, Powerless," Rissy said, her voice weak and strained. "I should have listened to you. We shouldn't have tried to seal the Dragon's Heart. It was too powerful for us."

"It's okay, Rissy," I said, tears streaming down my face. "We tried our best. We're heroes, and we'll always be remembered as the ones who saved the futuristic city from the Great Demon Emperor."

"But we failed in the end," Rissy said, her voice barely audible. "We couldn't seal the power of the Dragon's Heart, and now it's too late. The game world of Divine Rights will be destroyed, and all of our friends and allies will be lost forever."

"It's not your fault, Rissy," I said, trying to comfort her. "We did our best, and that's all that matters. We'll always be together, even in death."

We held each other's hand, and we waited for the end to come. We knew that we had lived a full and exciting life in the game world of Divine Rights, and we had no regrets.

As we closed our eyes and drifted into the afterlife, we knew that our legacy would live on, and that we would always be remembered as the heroes who saved the futuristic city from destruction.
