TO KNOW

Being with the TV for more than usual just hurts my head and I left the notepad and that too I was too lethargic to move from the sofa so I just slept there.

The next morning I woke with some sunshine dropping on my house that made me wake up with a good energy to start my day. When I first woke up I just went to take a shower and just got dressed up. As I came out I made my breakfast and that too after around how many months I made my breakfast because I always took my breakfast from the cafeteria in the office. But today as I could make up on time and everything was over so I just made a good one for me.

A cup of hot coffee with some French toast and that makes my day just so good. While I was sitting on the couch and having it I got my eyes on the notepad on the table near the telephone. The thought of Jake Donfort runs through the mind that the whole city is being too interested in this case that you will find everywhere him only being gossiped and being the judgement being passed by the peoples.

I reached the office around 10 am as I went to my cabin with Lisa whom I was consulting in a case. The case was of a criminal case only so being somewhat having a good way to practice on my skill and that too I will be going with her as a consultant there. Tia was not coming at the first shift but will be coming in the second shift so after consulting her case I had to make the report and submit it to my great boss. It took us around two hours to complete the discussion and it was already around 12:30 pm. There were 2 more hours for the case so I just went out for a walk.

There is a cafe nearby where I really like to visit when I am free. In the past few months it has been the best place for me to have my coffee and some snacks. Actually the owner over here my cute little aunt is really so sweet and always treats me with a nice smile and the best coffee and the way of her being coming to me with a cup of coffee and would sir beside me and we would talk the best part of my day is to have such a good listener and such a cute aunty sitting beside me. So today also my sweet aunt and I had coffee with some choco butter cookies baked by her they were just mouth smacking.

We that day exchanged some words with giggling and smiles making us just enlighten our day. I had my coffee and it was already 1 pm.Ya , it is a very odd time to have a coffee but this Iced americano is a great option of coffee at this time. As it was around late I just hurried back to the office. As I was entering I saw Mr.Arnold giving me a devilish smirk. At first I couldn't get it.Why was this for? But to say I didn't even care about what he had to do with that.

It was already time for me to go to Lisa and go for the case. As I met Lisa we took the important files for the case and left for the court in Lisa's car. We drove to the court. As we reached there we just entered the court room and our opponent lawyer was already there in the hall. Lisa and Denver exchanged a bad look but then I touched Lisa's shoulder and she came back to reality.

After around 20 min the judge came in. We all just stood and the judge went to his seat. We started the trail.

After around 1 hour 30 min the trail was over and it was the time for the judge to assert the decision. We showed the proof and as much possible claims to put the decision on our side. Wen who was said to be guilty and was arrested and he was totally a victim into this . We hoped for the decision on our hands but it was totally upon the judge because we tried our best to prove him innocent and the person who has done this is also known. We were waiting for Denver to add something that he wanted to say about Wen . But through his face we can see that there is nothing he wanted to add. As it was 5 minutes left to the judgement to be over, and the judge took his decision.

"Keeping in view the evidence and witnesses, this court has given this decision that Wen is innocent and was being framed and Denny is found guilty in the whole incident and the cops are commanded to arrest him. Denny as found guilty will have 10 years imprisonment."

The court is adjourned.

As the judge moved out and we just bowed him Lisa and I were happy as judgment was in our favour. Moreover, I was happy to see Wen become free and be removed from all the charges he was removed from. His happy face was really something to see. After all justice happened for Wen.

As we came out of the court room after everyone went we were happily going out when Wen called out for us. He just said thank you and gratitude towards us. We all were talking when suddenly Tia came running towards me.

She was panting heavily Lisa gave her a glass of water from the purifier. After sipping some water I told her to calm down. She said that she has something important. I was worried about what happened?

Then after taking a deep breath, Tia showed a picture and while seeing the picture she said that Jake Donfort's case will be fought by Arnold. Hearing this Lisa and me we just stared at Tia. As she just nod that it was true. I don't know why I just ran toward the car and saw me running Lisa and Tia run behind me. I just took the car and sat at the driver seat they both hurried into the car. I just drove to the office.

As I reached there the media was circled on the way to the entry and then Mr. Arnold and Mr. Wayne saw me standing downstairs and as they were coming towards me and I was continuously staring at Arnold and Wayne while they were coming towards me with that small devilish grin.

Now I understood why this grin was because they may not fight the case and put the real thing up as they only care for money and that will depend upon who gives him money and for that he may put an innocent into bars and a criminal out and make him roam freely and I was mostly worried about it.

As they came down we just stared once more and they passed by my side and the media also went towards them. They sat in the car. But Arnold gave a wink and grin that I really hated, and they went away.

Now what are they up to what are they planning to?
