"Let's just do something about that riddle thing now. At least I can do that peacefully now." With that she opened the book.
"So… I have my answers…"
She wasn't sure which was right, "Let's just go with my instinct even though it's never right."
Rolling her eyes she heaved a huge sigh before glancing at the book.
"Okay so my first answer is…. man?" Hesitatingly she let these words out of her mouth.
Soon she saw some words starting to appear on the page of the book.
[Man]
With this the word went up and beside the word dream it got written and some other words started appearing.
[You were right. You got the answer to your first mission.]
"What do you mean? You said before the riddles will take me home." Angrily Chao Xing gritted out.
[You stupid girl. You came here because of a mission until and unless you don't finish it you can't go back.]
"What?" She stopped for a minute as she angrily yelled, "This is stupid. What if I die before even doing that?"
[Then you will just die.]
The words disappeared as soon as they appeared, making Chao Xing more annoyed.
"As expected of books you are so annoying!"
[And you are stupid]
"Shutup!"
'Did I just say to a book to stop talking? It isn't even talking. Looks like I am really getting stupid. This stuff is messing with my brain and making me lose my mind.' Chao Xing sarcastically thought about her own stupidity.
She further asked again glaring at the book, "Okay tell me what should I do next?"
[See you are stupid. You can't even get this basic thing.]
"Do you want to tell or not?"
[Fine. I will tell you.]
Chao Xing rolled her eyes when some other words started to appear in the book.
[Dream and man. These are the two key words. There will be a man coming in your life who holds an important role in your life and in this mission.]
"And what about the word dream? What does that mean?"
[Your dreams are also important for you so don't ignore them, they will show you the path.]
"That's great."
Looking down she started thinking, "This actually makes some sense now.
"Wait, does that mean the man who I saw in my dreams is the man you are talking about?"
[Maybe you will know soon. But let me tell you curiosity kills the cat. Take things slowly.]
"Okay I get it. Thanks!"
After that no words appeared in the book again making Chao Xing narrow her eyes, "Petty book! Couldn't even reply to my thank you."
Nevertheless she closed the book and kept it under the pillow she laid down on the bed. The bed was quite cold and rough. There wasn't even a single blanket.
"Is this a stone or what?"
Laying down on the bed her mind went to the man who was standing near Xiao Chen.
"Looks like he is the prince here."
Chao Xing remembered her first encounter with him. She could only remember the cruel words he said to her.
"No wonder he is so rude and cruel. He wanted to kill me back then."
Turning around on that cold bed she tried making herself comfortable but just how comfortable she could get on that rough stone like bed.
"What if he remembers me again and tries to kill me?"
Chao Xing pushed her body up and suddenly sat down on the bed.
"I did talk so rudely with him and he is the prince here. Don't know he might end up killing me?"
"No. He won't. Calm down Chao Xing. You don't know him. He doesn't know you. The end."
With that thought she laid down again. Closing her eyes she tried sleeping but on that bed, sleep was far away from her.
Her stomach growled telling her that she was hungry and hadn't eaten the entire day.
"God! Give me patience! I want to take a rest."
With this she again closed her eyes. She kept turning around here and there for some time. Soon her eyes started closing and she fell into a deep slumber….
On the other hand Wen Ting Hua went straight towards his room.
"Was she the same girl?"
"She was there in the forest too and now here."
"I feel like I have some kind of connection with her. She keeps appearing everywhere."
Wen Ting Hua was restless. Moving around in the room. He tried getting how she would get to know if she was the one or not.
He kept moving around when suddenly a thought hit his mind, "I should go check her."
With this he went out of the room. Coming out he saw one of his eunuch standing outside who looking at him hurriedly came towards him.
"Your majesty, do you need something? Bowing his head respectfully, the eunuch asked.
"No, I just want to walk around." Wen Ting Hua said with authority.
He didn't even let him say anything anymore and just walked away from there. The eunuch on the other hand was shocked thinking why did the prince want to walk around like this while he notified the guards to be around him for his safety.
Wen Ting Hua went straight towards the dungeon. The guards stood up hurriedly and bowed down, "Your majesty."
Ignoring them he started walking inside the dungeon while one of the guards of the dungeon followed him.
"Where is the girl?"
"Who?" The guard hurriedly asked not knowing who the prince was talking about.
"The red haired girl."
"Oh! She is in the last cell."
Dragging his feet Wen Ting Hua went towards the cell at which the guard pointed just now.
"Open the door."
The guard hurriedly nodded once as he hurriedly started to get the keys of the door out. Opening the door he stood back.
Wen Ting Hua pushed his feet forward and entered the room but soon his eyes fell on...
