“Are you sure you are going to be able to handle the twins all day and oversee all of the construction going on at the spa? I really can just stay home if you need me to,” I said, pacing the living room. After a week away, my friends came back to spend more time with me before Aubrey had to get back to work.


“Shelby your friends are only here for a few weeks, go and enjoy some time away. I have everything under control, I promise. Plus if I need help I can always reach out to Lauren. The twins love spending time with her,” Michael said, picking up my beach bag and handing it to me.
