Within the grand halls of the Western High Tower, the sorcerers gathered around the large light screen. It showed the figure of a middle aged man in golden Brander Clan sorcerer robes who had a stern and battle hardened appearance and facial expression on his face, as if he had witnessed a hundred battles and a thousand wars.

It was the image of Brenae Brander, the Acid Fang Sorcerer, one of the very battle-tested sorcerers of the clan and was even said to be one of the outstanding performers.

Their expressions were composed but serious as they absorbed the gravity of the situation unfolding at the easternmost border of their clan. Using his authority and power as the High Master and controller of the High Tower's magical capabilities, he activated a long-range communication channel with the Eastern High Tower to ascertain the veracity of the report.

Judging by Brenae's stern visage, it was clear that the situation was as dire as the report reflected.
