Chapter 967: Mu Chengxi Gets Angry at Wen Xin for the First Time

Qian Meng looked at Mu Chengxi's movements and felt a surge of wanting to vomit blood, but Wen Xin didn't give him the chance to do so, merely raising an eyebrow at him.

"You didn't come over just to be fed dog food, did you?" she asked.

Listening to Wen Xin's question, Qian Meng's brows involuntarily furrowed tightly, and he exhaled deeply, "I came to tell you that the preparations are already done. I've contacted Moore already, and there will be someone to meet us at the port when we arrive."

Wen Xin nodded absentmindedly, showing little reaction to what Qian Meng had said.

Watching Wen Xin's indifferent demeanor, Qian Meng wanted to say something more but didn't speak. He seemed to have guessed that Wen Xin had made her own decision.

After breakfast, Wen Xin and Mu Chengxi went to Old Madam Mu's courtyard to inform her that they were leaving Beijing for Independent State. Old Madam Mu was not too surprised.
