Chapter Fifty Three : Land of Darkness
In a very dark place..no one appears in that environment except darkness and another darkness...
"Where am I?" That's what Caiden thought when he couldn't see anything. He started moving step by step forward. He didn't understand where he was and why he was here in the first place.
"Welcome, little child." A majestic voice resounded in the midst of the darkness
"Uh.. do you mean me?" Kaiden said after hearing those words.. the voice sounded like he had heard it before..
"Yes, I was waiting for you to talk about some things together." He replied calmly, the voice was emitting a strong aura
"Wait..for me..are you cadmium?" Kayden asked, as if he just knew why that sound was so familiar to him
At that moment, a point of light appeared in the midst of this darkness, as if it were a candle illuminating a dark road
Kayden moved forward, one step behind the other, towards the light, until two simple chairs appeared in front of him, placed in front of a table with tea cups and a cup from which some steam was coming out.
"Is this...?" Kaiden said, surprised at what was happening in front of him
"Sit down. You can talk.." Cadmium said in a calm voice
Kaiden went straight to the chair and then sat on it without saying a word or even protesting..
Kayden sat on the chair.. Then some fog began to form and took a strange shape.. It appeared as a black cloud in the form of a human being
"This…" Caiden got scared and couldn't say anything
"So we can talk now..." Cadmium said, which was a black cloud in the shape of a human. When the voice came out of it, Kaiden was very surprised.
The cup of tea flew strangely and began to pour some tea into the cups.. The sight was very majestic. Just seeing how that cup flew, Caiden felt more and more worried.
"So where are we now?" Caiden asked, looking at the cup of tea moving in front of him
"First, have this tea. It's been prepared well.
As for your question, we are here... in the Land of Darkness," Cadmium said as he directed his aura towards Kaiden
"Oh, the Land of Darkness? And where exactly are we?" Kaiden said as he took his first sip from his cup of tea.
" The land of darkness... The land of darkness is everywhere, in the shadows or in any black spot, in dreams, in the walls, in the void, every place that contains us.. The land of darkness is everything. .. As for the question of where we are now, we are in your dream." Cadmium said while taking a sip of tea, then a small crack appeared from a place in his face to show him a mouth as if it was a cloud, and part of it was cut off
"What? Did I say I was in a dream?" Kayden asked, a look of astonishment on his face
"Yes, that's right.. Everything here is part of your little dream.. Since you're still so weak, you can't bear it. If I summon you while you're awake, at the very least, you'll be severely injured or even die." Cadmium spoke very softly
"What? Why are you talking about my death so quietly like that? Right..." A little fear appeared on Kaiden's face.. since he had never experienced standing in such a situation before.. talking about death and so on.
This was not one of Kaiden's problems before.. It was the issue of excelling and getting money from his work that was what had been preoccupying Kaiden all his life and now
"Look.. Look at me.. What do you see?" Cadmium said very sternly
"Uh.. you're a cloud? Are you a cloud guy or what?" Kaiden said, trying to lighten the mood.
"Hmm..silly..it's all because of you."Cadmium said sternly
"Because of me?"Kaiden replied, not understanding what he meant
" Yes, it is.. Just think a little. What is the thing that the master will supply to his followers.. Energy.. You just have to think about it.. Now I can't make up because my master is playing around with women here and there. .. We even broke the rule and gave you a system that is not supposed to be what you will get.. a system that has a market and also storage space and fast upgrading and all of this .. But in the end what happened? A weak master can't help his followers," Cadmium said as he scolded Kaiden
"This..this." Kaiden couldn't say something because what he said was true
He wanted to say to him simply, "You damn thing, I didn't want any of this," but he didn't say anything and just kept silent.
One would, of course, prefer on all occasions to be solid and above reproach, but failing that, the next best thing would undoubtedly be to dispose of the body.
"Okay, go now.. I will think of a solution for everyone. I will call you again.. maybe tomorrow," Cadmium said
"Oh.. what" said Caiden

Soo... soo... soo... the birdsong filled the street with the sunrise and the smell of morning
"Has morning come?" Kayden said, rubbing his eyes with his hand
