My ears were ringing. The car was thrown upside down, and now I was trapped under heavy objects. My broken arm and battered body made it difficult to maneuver, but I mustered all the strength I had left.

Nadia remained unconscious, suspended upside down by her seatbelt. Using my left hand, I pushed against the objects that had piled up on top of me, though my reduced strength as a right-handed person made the task even more challenging.

"Nadia, wake up!" I shouted, my voice filled with urgency. But she remained unresponsive, unconscious in her suspended position.
