"No, Lena. I'm not saying that at all. I love you, and I want to be with you. But I'm not sure if I can do that while we're working together. It's just too risky. I don't want to risk our professional relationship or our careers."

"Ethan, I don't know what to say. I love you too, and I don't want to lose you. But I also don't want to risk our careers. What are we supposed to do?" Lena asked, feeling a mix of sadness and frustration.

Ethan took her hand and looked into her eyes. "Lena, I don't have all the answers. But I know that I love you, and I don't want to lose you. Maybe we can find a way to make this work. Maybe we can find a way to balance our personal and professional lives. I don't know how, but I'm willing to try if you are."
