CHAPTER 30

  Sabrina's POV

  "Damian please...don't. It's not necessary and one more thing, I'm fine...please,"

  He disregarded me despite my repeated requests to do so. I worry that what my grandma's grandchildren say is accurate because there are so many possible results. The worry that they could still be here the next day or that they might be observing me nearly drove me insane. In irritation, I shut my eyes.

  Damian's grandpa questioned, "Who are the kids?" He had a creased forehead. Is this the family that adopted you?

  I nodded.

  Damian's mother questioned, "Do you have a problem with them? You've lived with them for a long time and now you're treating your grandmother."

  There's no issue, I responded with a smile, "I'm fine living with them.
