I storm back to Duncan's office and see Alpha Thomas sitting in Duncan's chair spinning back and forth. Another round of anger washes over me as I see the man that was just proposing to me acting like a child.


"OUT!" I scream at him. He stops spinning in the chair and looks at me with his eyes wide. I point for him to leave the office and glare at him.


Raising his arms in defeat he slowly walks out of the office without another word. I slam the door to Duncan's office without even looking back at the two of them. They can deal with each other as far as I am concerned.


My body is seething with anger as I pace back and forth in the office. How could Ethan say that our marriage was more than just a contract when he threw me to the curb as soon as he got the chance. Did he think that I was stupid? What is he even doing here anyway?
