LILLY'S LETTER

SAMANTHA'S POV

About a week later, I was discharged from the hospital. The DVA gave me 3 days to rest before returning to class.

I immediately went to Camilla's room to look at her things but the whole room was surprisingly clean and there was not a single thing belonging to little girl. When I went out the door to read the sign board upstairs it said "Guest Room", not Camilla's name.

Depressed, I went to my room and lay down on the bed.

"M-mom..." The guy sobbed as he called out to his mother.

"You don't want to split up with Camilla? Let me just end her life so you don't have to suffer any longer. End Camilla's life!" She yelled angrily at the staff, who immediately obeyed.

"Don't block that girl, Eli," an irritated woman told to her son.

"No, mom, if you're going to end the life of the woman I love, you'll also end mine, because I’ll feel like I have no life if I lose her," the guy replied bravely.
