Chapter 41(Lucky freaking Caspian)

“Do you have a plan,” Doman asked.

“I will stick to the original plan. I will take the first ship at dawn. I thought I would have more time but with the bounty on my head, I must leave,” Lucky replied.

“I can help smuggle you to the docks before, daybreak, if that is what you want,” Logan, the curly sandy-haired man to her closest left signed in sign language. His hazel eyes held a similar spark to Lucky's.

Lucky placed a hand on his with a smile. “I am never one to take the easy way out. Remember brother?”

“He will find you and he will kill you,” Logan signed with a serious look.

“Well, you do not have to be so blunt about that. I have a plan to save my head. If it works, then I am indeed my name's sake. If it does not… well… we had a good run, did we not?” Lucky said with a smirk.

She found Logan with a sullen look like the other three. They were seated at a small round table in a dark corner of the Hornet Inn. It was a small in located in the lower town of Ironhord.
