The clock is striking at eight at night as the city of Beijing is falling into nightlife and the people working in the office are moving toward their homes to settle with their families to have a peaceful dinner and the youth of the country have started to enter the pubs to enjoy their nightlife but amidst all this, a black Audi is seen stopping in front of one of the famous restaurant of the country as a man in all blacks suite steps out of the car to enter the restaurant and as he step out of the car he passes the key to a valet for the parking and moves inside the restaurant.

The man after entering the restaurant moves toward the reception area as he with a smile asks, "table booked under the name of Mr. Xiao Zhan?"

The receptionist when heard the man with a smile asked, "your good name sir?"

The man hearing this just stopped but after a few minutes with a smile spoke, "Xiao Wang Yibo!" And the lady hearing this smiled as she spoke, "Sir, let me show you the way!" And the man named Yibo on hearing this smiled as he spoke, "Sure miss!" And with this, Yibo followed the receptionist to only reach a private room, and yibo's eyes seeing the room widened as the room is decorated and seeing decoration Yibo realized that the room is specially decorated so he looks at the person accompanying him as he spoke, "are you sure this is the right place?"

The receptionist on hearing the other person smiled as she spoke, "Yes Mr. Xiao Wang, your husband specially booked this for the two of you!" And then with a pause continued, "and sir Mr. Xiao called to say that he will join you in half an hour as he has got some important clients to attend to!"

Yibo on hearing this smiled as he spoke, "yes, I will!" And the receptionist who has accompanied him with a smile left the room leaving the person alone who on seeing himself alone completed the sentence as he continued, "because all these years all I have done is wait!" As he looks around the room and finds a chair settles down to wait for his husband and today is the last day when he is going to wait for him and the thought itself brings tears to his eyes as he tries to control them but in the end a lone tear escape from his eyes.



Yibo after saying the words to himself when felt his cheeks getting wet cursed himself as he wipes them and stares at the scene in front of him as the window showed him the views of the city with the moonlight coming inside and Yibo seeing it smiled as he is taken back to the memory lanes of his life.

Yibo is the only son of the second richest family in China, the Wang's, the largest corporation which owns the largest diamond and jewelry in the mainland of China, and to say Yibo's childhood has been the best would be an understatement because he was provided with everything from toys to clothes to every demand of his getting fulfilled, but in this small world of Child one thing was not fulfilled that was the love of his parents.

Yibo's father being the CEO of the corporation was never able to find time for Yibo and his mother being a famous actress has her own schedule so the little boy used to end up all alone in the vast mansion surrounded by nannies and Butlers but the little boy of age five always wanted to see his mom and dad with him like other children in the school have their parents with them all the time.

Yibo still remembers the days when he used to wait for his parents on his birthdays to have dinner with them, waiting on Christmas or new year for them in a hope that one day either his mom or dad will come but as the day passed by he grew up he realized that his parents are busy and he needs to be happy on his own because even if his parents are busy all his wishes are fulfilled through nannies and butler who used to take care of them but he was never able to tell his parents his single wish which was to spend a single day with them like other children of his age group but whenever he met them they were busy on phones or leaving in a hurry so his wish was left buried deep inside his heart and as he grew up he got accustomed to it.

Yibo has been a brilliant student in his school life but a lonely soul who rarely has friends as no one used to talk with him because he has always been a shy and introvert person always seen bust with books, surrounded by his bodyguards and children on seeing those bodyguards used to get afraid and no one used to approach him and he being the shy one never approached anyone and his school life went while waiting to have friends to be only sent to the USA for his higher studies as being the bright person he was he got a scholarship from Oxford University and it was only that day Mr. Wang talked to him for more than half an hour and the boy got happy as a real smile adorned his face.

Yibo was happy that day as the only wish to spend time with his father got fulfilled and his father said that he and his mother will come to bid him farewell tomorrow but the next day he boarded his flight to the USA alone after waiting for his parents for more than two hours as at last minutes he was informed by his parent's secretary that they had to leave for New York urgently and they can't make up for it but they have send their love and best wishes for him. Yibo when heard this wanted to cry but controlled himself as he just nodded his head and with a heavy heart left for the states.

The days in States went well as he just engrossed himself in his studies with the part-time jobs he used to do and during those times he met a girl named Yan li whose kitty he saved one day as the kitty was stuck on the tree and the girl didn't know what to do and yibo who was in the park at that time saved the girl's kitty making the girl happy and him getting a new and only friend of his life, by staying with Yan li he got companionship and the love of an elder sister as he learned that yanli is a Chinese American having father from China and an American mother, and also Yanli is elder then her making him addressing Yanli as Shijie.

Yibo staying with Yanli learned the best things of his life which made him more independent as compared to earlier as Yanli taught him cooking, dancing, singing, and painting too, and during this time he also took part in many dancing and singing competitions and won many prizes which made him happy and contended at the same time relieved him from his emotional stress too as Yanli also became his personnel diary to whom he can tell anything as Yanli was a good listener too but all this lasted only for three years as in his last semester Yanli almost stopped contacting him and in the end, he was again left waiting and yearning for the only friend and elder sister in his life.

Yibo who was left alone again at first got emotional as he felt someone snatched something important from him but he composed himself as he knows that it was his last semester in college and after four months he need to return home and he can't be lacking now so he completely engrossed himself in his studies and after four months passed with flying colors.

Yibo after completing his business administration returned to China and as he expected there was no sign of his parents at the airport making Yibo chuckle sadly but something was changed and that was a young man was waiting for him holding a plack card with his name and yibo seeing the person was shocked as this person was beauty and was the most handsome man he has ever seen and yibo was immediately frozen on his place to see that man to only come out of his daze when the man approached him and asked him his name and Yibo hearing his name from the man's mouth nodded his head and blurted out who is he making the man smile as he introduced himself as Xiao Zhan, the Ceo of xiao group of industries who is asked by his father to pick him up and Yibo on hearing this just nodded his head in understanding and left with the said person to only get a shock of his life later.



Yibo was accompanied to his father's office by Zhan making the former more confused as this is the first time when his father had called him to his office but after entering the office he got the shock of his life as he found another man sitting with his father who introduced himself as Xiao Changse, Chairman of Xiao Group of industries and Zhan's father and Yibo on listening to this just nodded his head as he introduced himself making Mr. Xiao laugh as he told him that he was cute and perfect for his son making Yibo more confused as he looked at his father and Mr. Wang on getting his son's gaze just put a paper in front of him and as Yibo saw that paper he took it and started reading it but as soon he reached the end of the paper his eyes widened because it was a will, a will of his and Zhan's grandfather which stated that Zhan and he needs to get married to have their ownership over the corporations and if they didn't do it within one year the company wealth will go to charity and Yibo when read it looked at his father who just spoke, you need to do it son but it will be just for one year after it's up to you both whether you want to remain in this relationship or get divorced ending him into an unwanted marriage, and today was the one year anniversary on this unwanted marriage and Yibo is waiting for his husband in the lotus pier restraunt and as Yibo is thinking all this he suddenly heard the door opening as a man in black suit walks in carrying a cold and elegant aura but in Yibo's eyes this person is the most handsome person in the world, his husband, Xiao Zhan.



Zhan who entered the room with a cold expression when saw the person in front of him relaxed a little as he with a smile on his face settled in front of Yibo as he spoke, "hope I didn't make you wait for a long time, Bo di!"

Yibo who was busy admiring his husband when heard him immediately cane out of his daze as he spoke, "no ge, you didn't!" Making Zhan laugh a little as he spoke, "Bo di you don't need to be this modest, I honestly made you wait for one hour, I should apologize for it!" Making Yibo shocked as he was so busy in his thoughts that he didn't even realize that it has been more than half an hour as the younger didn't even realize how the time passed as he again got lost in his daze to only come out of his daze when he heard the older speaking to him.

Zhan who has just settled on the table when saw the table empty frowned as he looks at Yibo as he spoke, "Bo di you didn't order anything?"

Yibo who has again clouded himself in his thoughts when heard Zhan immediately came out of his thought as he spoke, "Zhan ge you asked something?" Making Zhan's brows meet as he speaks, "I asked, didi why didn't you order something?"

Yibo on hearing this just spoke, "didn't have an appetite!" As for how can he tell Zhan that he doesn't have an appetite for quite a few days as the only thing which he wants is love and not anyone's love but his husband's love because even after knowing that they both will not have a future together he has fallen irrevocably with his husband. He doesn't know when it started and how it started but in the end, he knows is that He has fallen in love with Zhan and he doesn't want to part from him.

Zhan on hearing Yibo's answer frowned as he spoke, "Bo di you should eat!" Expecting an answer from Yibo but when not got any response from Zhan take his hand in his as he speaks, "didi what happened?"

Yibo, when felt someone holding his hands, came out of his daze as he looks at Zhan and then after a pause spoke, "nothing!"

Zhsn on hearing the younger looks at him keenly as he is not able to believe that the younger is telling the truth so he again asked, "Are you sure bo?"

"Yes!" Came an immediate reply from Yibo as to how can he tell Zhan that he is not alright as he doesn't want to leave him because he have fallen in love.

Zhan on hearing the answer released a deep breath as he spoke, "Bo di I don't know what you are hiding but I am noticing from the past few days that you are not yourself, is something troubling you? Does someone say anything to you? Or are you facing any problems with the company? You can tell me ge can solve it for you!"

Yibo on hearing Zhan smiled as he spoke, "no Zhan ge, everything is fine!" As he removes his hand from older's grasp as how can he tell Zhan that his this care has made him want more of his husband, as this is the care he has craved for his whole life and today when he started receiving this care it's going to be taken away from him and again he would be left all alone in this harsh world but he is not selfish so he will let Zhan go away if this makes his Zhan ge happy who is he to keep Zhan in an unwanted relationship and after all sometimes letting the person you love leave is best for you as holding on him can bring pain to both of you.

Zhan on hearing Yibo just released a breath as he spoke, "okay di!" And then with a pause spoke, "but if you have any problem you will tell me, okay?"

"Yes!" Spoke Yibo with a smile making Zhan smile as he spoke, "so let's order dinner then I want to have a talk with you!"

Yibo on hearing this just nodded his head as Zhan ordered for both of them since Yibo didn't make any suggestions although the older insisted him but the younger didn't have any appetite for anything.

It was after half an hour their dinner arrived and both of them eat dinner quietly with Zhan's gaze on Yibo as he is noticing every action of Yibo as the latter didn't eat as usual making Zhan frown as he know how foodie Yibo is.

Yibo when heard Zhan has lost his appetite so he just ate to make Zhan relive because he knows that if he will not eat zhan will also not eat.

It was at 10:00 pm the dinner ended and as the dinner ended fear engulfed Yibo as he knows that the time had come when Zhan will ask him to divorce him as one year of their marriage is over so they can separate now so he just sat while lowering his head.

Zhan, when saw Yibo's action moved toward him as he settles on one knee in front of Yibo and takes his hand in his and planted a kiss on his knuckles making Yibo, shocked so he immediately raised his head as he looks at Zhan.

Zhan who has just kissed his husband's knuckles when saw Yibo looking at him smiled as he takes out a box from his coat and after opening it he takes a bracelet and make Yibo wear it and after doing so plants a kiss on Yibo's fingers as he spoke, "A very happy marriage anniversary to the best husband in this world!' Making Yibo shocked as tears rolled down his eyes.



Zhan when saw Yibo crying is shocked so he immediately stood up as he sits adjacent to Yibo as he cups his cheek as he speaks, "Bo di what happened?"

Yibo on listening to Zhan let out a sob as he hugs Zhan and asks in a muffled voice, "you will not leave me?" Making Zhan shocked as he asks, "why will I leave you didi?"

Yibo on hearing this breaks the hugs as he looks at Zhan with teary eyes as he spoke, "because today is one year of our marriage and dad said that you can leave me when we have completed one year of marriage!" And after completing this he lowers his head.

Zhan when heard this looked at Zhan as he spoke, "Bo di look at me!"

Yibo who has been looking down when heard Zhan immediately looked up and Zhan getting the attention he wants spoke, "didi I will never leave you!" As with a chuckle, he continues, "why will I leave you Bo di? I am not mad that can leave such a wonderful husband who takes care of me, listens to me, and cooks for me!"

Yibo when heard Zhan is shocked so he spoke, "you will not leave me alone!"

"No didi!" Spoke Zhan as he continues, " unless you want to leave me?"

Yibo on hearing Zhan spoke "no I will never leave you because-" but stopped in the middle as he realized what he was going to speak.

Zhan on seeing Yibo stopping in the middle pouted as he spoke, "tell me bo di because-"

"Because I have fallen in love with you!" Spoke Yibo as he feels a blush creep up to his ear.

Zhan when heard Yibo is shocked so he spoke, "you love me di?"

Yibo on hearing Yibo just looks at him as he spoke, "yes, I don't know how and when but the last few days when you were not responding to me made me realize that I love you although I was sure a long time ago as you are the only person who cares for me but I was afraid!"

"Afraid of what Bo di?" Asked Zhan.

"Afraid that if I will fall for you, you will not be there to catch me!" Spoke Yibo as he takes out his fear in front of his husband.

Zhan on hearing Yibo stood up from Chair as he takes Yibo's face to plant a forehead kiss and then hugs the said person.



Yibo, when felt Zhan's action, is shocked but on feeling a familiar warmth around him smiled as he tightened his hold around the waist of the older making Zhan smile as he spoke, "Bo di!"

"Yes!" Spoke Yibo.

"You can fall for me!" Replied Zhan with a smile making Yibo startled as he looks at Zhan and asked,

"Will you catch me when I fall?"

Zhan on hearing Yibo smiled as he spoke,

"Yes, because I will catch you when you will fall!"

As he lowers himself to Yibo's level and spoke,

"Because I also love you Bo di!"

Making Yibo smile as he also speaks,

"I love you the most Zhan ge!"

And Zhan on hearing this smiles as he captures Yibo's lips with his giving him a passionate kiss conveying his feelings and promise that life is going to be happy from now on...
