At BEIJING...



The clock is striking at 11:00 pm in the city of Beijing and the whole city is silent as the residents of the city have gone to sleep and the youngsters who have been enjoying the nightlife have now also started to return home and all the buildings of Beijing have switched off their lights as the city is falling into a deep slumber but in the largest building of the city, the light is on indicating that someone is still working there, the building is the head office of one of the largest corporation of China, Xiao corporations, and the floor who's light is on is the office floor of the top executives of the corporation and the office belongs to one of them as a man sat there working diligently on some files and the office has fallen into silence who will disturb the man at this wee of hours when suddenly a ringtone of the phone is heard which made the man come out of his daze as he takes out his phone to check who is calling at this hour and seeing the name flashing he smiled as he answered the call, "hello!" And as soon as the call got answered a stern voice is heard, "Mr. CEO are you still in your office?"

The person who heard the stern voice know who the person is so he chuckled as he spoke, "yes, Mr. Chairman!" And the person on the other end of the call when heard this released a sigh as he spoke, "Zhan, my son, give yourself a break!"

The other person who is the CEO of XIAO Corporation, Xiao Zhan, when heard his father smiled as he spoke, "dad, the file was urgent and it was required for the next week's foreign investment meeting!"

Mr. Xiao when heard his son released a deep sigh as he spoke, "Zhan, you can do it on Monday too, now leave for home, before I come myself and drag you to your penthouse!"

Zhan when heard his father just chuckled as he spoke, "dad it will take just ten minutes more than it will be finished!"

Mr. Xiao when heard his son knows what ten minutes of his son meant as whenever his son says it's ten minutes then it's more than half an hour so he with a stern voice spoke, "Zhan, are you moving out of your office or not!"

Zhan when heard his father's voice knows that he can't win from his father now as if he will not move out of his office then his dad will come and drag him out by holding his ear so he just released a deep breath as he spoke, "yes dad!" And with this is about to call when the voice of his father again heard, "young man you are not going to end the call till you move out of the office building!"

Zhan when heard his father chuckled as he spoke, "dad, I will go home you don't need to do it!"

Mr. Xiao on hearing this again spoke, "I don't believe you, Mr. Xiao Zhan, now leave the office this instant!" And Zhan on hearing this chuckled as he spoke, "yes Chairman Xiao!" And with this grabbed his overcoat as he turned off the lights and with this left the office.



Zhan after leaving the office entered the elevator as he presses the button for his personnel parking and the elevator closed with a ding and Mr. Xiao who has been on the call when heard the ding spoke, "good child!" And Zhan on hearing his father chuckled as he spoke, "dad, I am not a child!" And Mr. Xiao on hearing this let a laugh as he spoke, "for me, you are a child, Xiao Zhan!" And Zhan when heard his father knows that he came to win from him so he spoke, "yeah, a man of thirty years, who is feared by everyone is still a child!" And Mr. Xiao on hearing his son spoke, "no matter how much old are you for me you will remain a child only!" And Zhan on hearing this just smiled as he spoke, "yes dad!" And then with a pause spoke, "why are you not asleep till now!" As he knows that his dad retire from the day by 10:00 pm.

Mr. Xiao on hearing this spoke, "because someone was busy with files at this wee hours and he needed some holdings to leave those files!" And Zhan on hearing this let a laugh and with this, the elevator also opened and Zhan seeing this immediately composed himself as he steps out of the elevator as he moved toward the car, and the driver when saw the young heir of Xiao corporation immediately opened the door as Zhan moves toward the car while talking with his father as he spoke, "dad I will not be here tomorrow so I needed to finish them!" And Mr. Xiao on hearing this spoke, "so again photography!"

Zhan when heard his father with a smile spoke, "yes!" As he enters the car and the driver seeing his boss has entered the car immediately closed the door and with this, the car left the premises of Xiao Corporation.



Mr. Xiao when heard his son knows how much his boy loves photography and nature so he spoke, "that's great, but you know you have to meet someone on Monday!"

Zhan on hearing this frowned as he spoke, "I know!" And then with a pause spoke, "but is it necessary to meet that person!" As Over the last six months, Mr. Xiao has started sending his son on blind dates so that his son can find someone he like but the young heir is irritated because of all this as all the people are more interested in his money than him and Zhan is adamant as no one is according to his choice so till now he has not approved for anyone which has made Mr. Xiao to set him on more blind dates and this Monday too his father has arranged such a kind of blind date for him.

Mr. Xiao on hearing his son chuckled as he spoke, "yes, Zhan!" And then with a pause spoke, "you will like him for sure!"

Zhan when heard his father released a sigh as he spoke, "but dad I am not ready!"

"So when will you be ready, Mr. Xiao Zhan, at the age of fifty or sixty?" asked Chairman Xiao sarcastically, and Zhan when his father didn't know what to speak and Mr. Xiao on getting no response spoke, "Zhan, its high time now you need to settle now, so either find someone on your own or let me do the honor for you!" And zhan when heard this is about to retort, "but-" when a stern voice is heard on the call which made the young heir quiet as Mr. Xiao spoke, "Zhan, either get someone on your own or meet him on Monday!" And Zhan on hearing his father's voice just released a sigh as he spoke, "yes dad!"

"Good gentleman!" Spoke Chairman Xiao and then with a pause spoke, "good night!" And Zhan on hearing this spoke, "good night dad!" And with this, the call ended and Zhan after ending the call released a deep breath as he closed his eyes to lean on the backrest of the car to calm his nerves down, and with this the car fells into silence.

The car which has been traveling on the roads of Beijing finally stops in front of the expensive building and Zhan feeling the stopping of the car immediately opened his eyes and looks outside to only see that he has reached his penthouse building and the driver after stopping the car immediately moves toward the other side of the car to open the door for the young heir and Zhan on seeing this just strengthened himself as he steps out of the car to only move to his personal elevator as he presses the button for his floor and the elevator after a few minutes opened on the fiftieth floor with the ding and Zhan on seeing this entered his penthouse.



The young heir after entering his penthouse released a deep breath as he moved toward his room to enter the shower and after fifteen minutes of the shower, he felt his nerves calming down so he moved out of the shower to only settle on the bed as he sets his alarm for tomorrow morning and after doing so drifts off to his sleep.



Next day

Morning



The morning sun is yet to rise in the city of Beijing and in one of the richest penthouses of an expensive building a man is seen sleeping peacefully as the room is fallen into silence when suddenly a voice of the alarm is heard gathering the attention of the young heir sleeping peacefully as it disturbed his sleep.

Zhan who has been sleeping peacefully when heard the alarm groaned as he opened his eyes to grab his phone to switch off his alarm and after doing so sat up on his bed to only leave the bed after a few minutes.

Zahn after leaving his bed entered his shower to refresh himself and after a few minutes left the shower to only enter the walk-in closet of his room to get ready for his day.

It was at 4:30 am the young heir was completely ready and after doing so looked at himself in the mirror to check upon his attire and after doing so grabbed his bag and other things and left the room to only enter his living room where his cook had already made the breakfast for him as he knows that the young heir every Sunday goes for the photography at 4:30 am so he always prepares the breakfast at 4:00 am for the young heir.

Zhan seeing the breakfast kept on the table just sat up on one of his chairs as he have a piece of sandwich and a glass of milkshake and with this left the table to only move outside the penthouse as he entered the elevator and pressed the button for his personal parking and with this, the elevator opened in the parking and Zhan left the parking to enter one of his Audi as he started the engine and left the apartment to move toward the place where he found his peace and also with hope,

"That today he might be able to see that person!"
